Couldn’t recommend Andrew and his team more! They have helped us for many years with all sorts of issues- cooper pipe pin holes, clogged drains, re-piping a shower, helping troubleshoot leaks, re-setting toilets, replacing an exterior hose connection…. You name it we’ve had issues with it and they are always very quick to get out and help fix the problems!! Great communication, fair pricing and payment options- highly recommend!

I was thoroughly pleased with the service of Graham Plumbing Heating and Cooling today! Andrew Graham was not only on time for the appointment today, but he was early! Andrew listened to the history of my leak problems and proceeded to really look into both leaks and correct an issue that other plumbers had failed to notice. Andrew has worked on our air conditioner and our water heater. We live in an older home so we have needed a lot of work. Graham is the man. My water heater had a bad leak. I called him the day of and he was able to fit me into his schedule and install a brand new one. He made me feel comfortable by explaining everything before we came up with the decision. I didn’t have to get a new water heater but mine was really old. It made more sense to save on a new water heater that would also lower my bills than pay the amount for the fix and keep the old water heater that I would end up replacing soon anyways. He wasn’t pushy at all. I will use him for any plumbing needs in the future!

We had our main water valve burst a few hours before we were heading out of town for vacation. We called Graham Plumbing Heating and Cooling, and within an hour or so we had someone on site working on the repair. The job was done was completed so we could go on vacation without the stress of not knowing what our water situation would be when we returned home. Graham Plumbing is THE BEST! My water heater went out a few days ago and my coworker referred me to Mr. Andrew company. I called him yesterday and he sent Jon out today to complete the job. Jon did AMAZING! He was early and he fixed my water heater in no time. He really made sure everything was done perfectly as if it was his own water heater he was working on. My experience runs the gamut of needing batteries in my thermostat to a furnace replacement, as well as draining an air conditioner pump, and I have always been pleased with the outcome.

Excellent service from start to finish - Were super responsive, able to come out same day. Employees are professional, responsive, efficient and tidy. Great job explaining the issues, they even went above and beyond in spending time on the phone with my home warranty company. Installed an entirely new HVAC heating and cooling system/thermostat. With temps in mid 90F, A-team services and capacitor saved our 13 years old AC unit. They work very hard, well organized, efficient, friendly. Very grateful, highly recommend.

Had both our HVAC units replaced in September. Have had nothing but problems since. The downstairs AC stopped working after 2 weeks and we had to have technicians come out multiple times. Hopefully issued is resolved but of course it then turned cold so have not had the opportunity to test the unit. The furnaces installated were a total disaster. Both units were improperly fitted for natural gas vs the propane our home uses causing what could have been a very dangerous situation. We had exhaust fumes both inside and outside of the home setting off our carbon monoxied detector. Several techs were to the home before the problem was properly diagnosed. Both furnaces needed to again be replaced leaving us without heat over the coldest weekend of the year. The owner told us we could still safely use the units even though his own technician told us not to. We then consulted with our gas provider as well as another HVAC technician and they confirmed that we should not use the improperly fitted units as it would present a fire hazard. The furnaces were finely replaced and appear to be working properly but I would not, in good faith, recommend this company to any of my friends or family after our experience.

While it is true that we are repeat customers, our experience this go round was much different from several years ago. The fact that it took multiple visits with repeated concerns being raised to have the issue properly diagnosed is very upsetting as there was more than just being cold at risk. Our initial complaint after our carbon monoxide detector went off (costing us an out of pocket expense to have the gas company come check our home) was dismissed as "normal" for the first time the heat comes on. Also, my husband and I were out of town when the home was without heat, but we specifically mentioned that our son would, in fact, be in the home. Temperatures in Cartersville were predicted to be in the 20's and fell well below freezing (28 and 24) 2 nights in a row. We were able to utilize electric space heaters and dripping faucets to avoid any pipe damage. Regardless of whether or not anyone would be home, we felt the advice given was reckless. I am very thankful that our persistence resulted in a proper diagnosis and repair of the furnaces, however, I would not wish for any of my friends or family (anyone for that matter) to have a similar experience which is why I would not be able to recomend this company.
