We’ve been customers since 2008 and have always been happy with the service but today they went above and beyond to fix our water heater on Thanksgiving day! Thank you A-Team! If you want a company that actually understands what good customer service looks like and cares then look no further.

When it came to replacing our HVAC system, Greg was the guy to do it with A-team. He was super responsive, walked us through the whole process, was on time and went above and beyond, as our old system left some problems for install of the new system. He came out a few days before to measure and make sure all materials were ready to go on our install date. He made this process easy and did it at a very competitive price.

A-Team was recommended by a friend who is pleased with yearly service check ups with A-Team for many years. The owner and employees go the extra mile to quickly solve current problems and prevent future issues. The office staff has a heart for helping schedule appointments quickly.

I've been dealing with A-Team for many years, from installation to general service. Their folks are knowledgeable and professional. Yesterday's service call was for the fall tuneup and installation of a rather complex thermostat on a heat pump. Jeff figured it all out and the system is working perfectly.

I have used this company for over a decade, both for commercial and residential purposes. They are always one phone call away! Very courteous, hard working, and always reasonable and resourceful!
Most recently, they responded to my emergency weekend call promptly and got the cooling system back and running!
I couldn't be more grateful!

These guy's are Great!! Very professional and prompt with there services! I got multiple estimates from 4 different companies because it was such a big job/whole house Hvac system. They gave me all of my options. Good Better and Best and had some great/extremely fair pricing. Would definitely use them again and refer to my friends and family!

I have had great service with A Team Services. They installed a new attic furnace and were careful to clean up after installation. I also use their service plan to keep my HVAC equipment in top working order. Prices are very competitive and technicians are friendly and professional.

I knew I needed a new HVAC system and found A-Team Services Heating & Air a couple of nights ago. I used their online request form, received a call first thing the next morning, and had an all new system installed the very next day. Every employee was courteous, listened to my needs, made recommendations, and didn’t try to oversell. I’ve already shared my awesome experience and their contact info with my family, friends, and co-workers!

Ten years ago I did some research for a new ac system for my home.
Other companies had recommended installing a larger system which sounded good to me. Then I decided to call A-Team and I was informed
that that size system would not be the best option for my size of home. A smaller system was installed that performs outstanding and I am glad I used A-Team. There price was the best and the quality work has been great. They follow up every year with an inspection and make sure that everything is running fine, So glad that I found A team !! All there technicians that have come out yearly are so well trained and go above and beyond there duty. It's nice to have a HVAC company that I can depend on.

I will never use them again. I was overcharged for a simple job where the parts cost was $19, and the technician's visit was $89. However, the charge on my card was $339. The technician also tried to convince me to get a whole system, which would have cost me $6,000. Make sure you google the cost of any repairs and labor, as they will grossly overcharge you. I will never use them again and will dispute the charges with my credit card company.

Very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They called to alert me that they were coming and arrived on time. The owner, Rodney, came himself the first day to assess my needs. It was obvious to me why I had received two referrals from neighbors after meeting with him. His technician represented himself and his company in the very same way. I wasn't home and left the house open for him. He let me know when he arrived and when he left. And when I got home, our house was cool! This was an exceptional experience for my family, and I will recommend The A-Team to all of my friends needing HVAC assistance!

Fantastic company to work with. I had an issue with my heat pump and Greg came out immediately to isolate. Initially thought that I was going to have to purchase a new system but Greg spent the time to troubleshoot and found my issue was only a loose wire. He fixed it quickly and at a very reasonable price. Really appreciate the great service as well as the ethical and honest nature of their work.

A Team has been servicing our HVAC system for years, so when we needed a new system, we called them. Greg gave us an estimate (several options). We compared prices online and thought the price was fair. Mario & his helper, Jason, installed/replaced our HVAC system and did a great job. They were all knowledgeable, and it was obvious that they have years of experience. They "soundproofed" the air handler closet and cleaned up when they left; can't tell they were here. We have used the A-Team maintenance plan for several years and are extremely pleased with the high level of continued service. All of the reps are courteous and honest as they inspect our furnace/AC units. They never try to talk us into an additional purchase while at the same time making us aware of what may be coming up in the future. We would highly recommend them to all who are looking for a quality service that they can trust

Just wanted to say, Lou is the best A/C tech I've ever used. He is very knowledgeable and actually takes the time to explain the things you should be doing to prevent a breakdown. Nevermind, dealing with a rooftop unit in Georgia at 1pm at 95 degrees outside.

9-24-24: A-Team Services easily earns their 5-star reviews for impressive service. On an unseasonably hot Sunday morning, expert tech Chris arrived for my welcomed repair. He readily diagnosed the problem and quickly went to work to restore chilled air to my uncomfortable interior. Running up and down from my attic with equipment and a smile, Chris adeptly restored my desired temperature within minutes, while leaving everything in order without any mess. Chris also took photos of his results to show me his work and explain the repairs. He was another sterling A-Team employee who was knowledgeable, efficient, personable, possessed expertise and exceptional customer service skills. I remain deeply impressed with the quality of this company’s personnel; which includes the hard-working owners. The only regret I’ve ever had with A-Team was not discovering them sooner. A friend referred me to A-Team when I was looking to replace two older units. I had been shopping around getting lots of quotes and advice on changes that would make my systems more efficient. I ended up choosing A-Team because they had a great price and they gave me excellent advice - in my case it was to reduce the main return (in hallway) and add two new additional returns (in far bedrooms). I was impressed with the owner and staff. They always call and remind me when my systems need checkups - and as part of their annual service fee, everything is included. My house now runs cooler, costs me less, and is worry free.
