My thermostat stopped working on the morning the ice storm was to hit. I called for an emergency repair. The A Team sent out Derek immediately to replace my thermostat. Derek was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, professional and arrived on time. I have no hesitation in recommending Derek and the A Team for heating and cooling service.

The longtime contractor tending to our heating and air conditioning needs retired recently. A-Team picked up his customer base. After 1st-time visit today, A-Team very thorough and will continue using them. Ethan is one of their top technicians.

My heater started short cycling and wouldn’t kick on on the coldest day of the year. I called after hours to request service. The owner himself called me back within several hours and gave me a crash HVAC course over the phone. I was able to clear a valve and restart the heater myself. Very impressed with the consistency and level of customer service from the A Team!

A Team Services Heating and Air has been nothing but reliable, professional, and easy to work with since moving to Georgia. From the moment I called, their staff was helpful and quick to get me scheduled. The technician arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure the work was done right the first time. This is a long overdue review from me... we have used A Team Services for the past 5 years.

Carl Ford has been our technician throughout this period, and he is simply awesome. We have 2 dogs that are overly friendly. Carl tolerates the dogs with much patience, and takes his time with his work and does an amazing job. He is open and transparent about what he does and fills out the paperwork with much detail.

Most recently, our zoning board went out. A team of people from the A Team came out a few years ago, and couldn't fix it for a reasonable price (at the time). Carl came by for our routine service a few weeks ago, and was able to get it fixed for an affordable price.

Carl is awesome at what he does and I'm very happy with the services we have received from him and the A Team.

Five Stars isn't enough to explain how truly amazing Justin was tonight! I came home after a long day ( like a "when it rains it pours" kinda day) and found my house at 80. Justin came in with a big smile and energy that helped keep me at ease. He found the problem, presented the solution and made the repairs within an hour. I will never reach out to anyone else but Berry Good Heating-Air-Plumbing! Thank you Justin for saving us tonight and helping us find laughter this evening! #BestCustomerServiceEVER

Justin was fantastic! Took my call on a Sunday and was so prompt to come out. He was able to fix our AC in no time and was super friendly through the whole process! Thank god Justin saved us, with 95 degree days, our house was 85 and we barely survived that for one day! Thanks Justin!!!

I called Berry Good on a Saturday night at 9 and someone was there by 10pm. Water was backing into my shower. Timothy advised me that I had a main line blockage and he was able to clear the line in 30 minutes and have me back in business. They really saved the day! I highly recommend.

The worst! Called them for a furnace repair for my 81 year old mom. Technician got there and said it was a coil and to replace it, it would be 3500.00. He took the furnace apart and didn’t even put it back together he left the part on the floor next to the furnace. Called Reliable heating and air not only did he fix the furnace that same day for 100.00, he put everything back together and said the coil was fine it was the circuit board.

I learned my relatives heat had been out for 5 days yesterday when I visited their home. The temperatures had been extremely cold. I called Berry Good Heating Air & Plumbing midday and got an immediate response.

I was informed that a technician would arrive in about an hour. They arrived as promised, diagnosed the problem, and repaired it in a short time. Since we were not at home due to prior commitments, I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of the technician, Mr. Justin via cell phone My follow up questions were addressed very quickly as well.

Justin was absolutely amazing!! My heater was not working due to a power outage and he had me up and going in less then 15 mins after another company wanted to sell me an entire unit for $6000.
