Extremely happy and satisfied. Another HAVAC company (Eagle) gave my wife and I an estimate of approximately $1,200 to fix the problem. They said the leak/problem was inside the house. United Air Temp reminded me that I have a service agreement with them and that they could come out and give us an estimate for free. They came out diagnosed the problem found that the leak/problem was outside, not inside. They fixed the problem under our current service agreement and there no charge. I asked them to put a protector on the unit to prevent debris from getting into it. That cost $129.00. So, UAT service of the problem came to $129 as opposed to the estimated $1200 Eagle suggested.

I was very happy that I received same day service after my heat went out. I did have to request expedited service though. The service technician was great. He explained what the problem was and everything that he was doing.He wasn’t rushing through and was friendly and helpful.

We had a Sunday emergency that was handled smoothly and painlessly. From the person who answered the phone to the fabulous technician, everyone was lovely. Our bill was reasonable and the repair was quick. We really appreciated the level of service received.

My experience with United Air Temp was fantastic. The Technicians kept me posted about what they were doing and what needed to be done next. As a matter of fact , the technician called and arrived earlier than scheduled. He was able to get the job complete as mentioned. He was very friendly and respectful.

United Air Temp was a life saver again, 2nd year in a row. My A/C stopped working in one of the hottest months of the year and Justin responded quickly ensuring a Technician was dispatched on the same day. We're so grateful for Devin, the Technician's dedication, he covered the service call eventhough it was very late in the evening. The service technician Omar was very professional, prompt and very knowledgeable. I explained that I appreciate the he was truthful and honest about his assessment of my system. He did not go over board with trying to sell or pressure me into buy things that I did not. He only gave recommendations. He also recommended a specific filter that was $165 dollars if i purchased from the company. I explained that i wanted to do research on the product because i knew i could find it cheaper. He understood and explained the extra cost if i purchased from the company. I appreciate the honesty. Omar well done.

I am very pleased with the entire service, i.e., from the first gentleman who came out to assess the initial issue. Then Justin, who also explained what was needed to solve my issue. Then, the two service technicians ( Jose and his partner) who were professional and very hard working to complete the job . !!!

Terrell was the tech that came out. He was prompt and kept me informed as to when parts came in and when he was on the way. He performed the service in quick order and had me up and running in no time. Very professional and courteous. I highly recommend and Terrell definitely made it an easy transaction.

Do not use United Air Temp. At the recommendation of United Air Temp I bought a new indoor and outdoor unit two years ago for $15,000. A year later they sent out a tech who told me we needed an acid wash. Since that time the AC stopped working on and off all last summer. They could not figure out the problem. After finally sending out a senior technician at the end of the summer, we thought they figured out the issue. Then we turned the AC on for the first time this year and the AC is still not working. They sent out two techs this year who again could not figure out the issue. Now they are telling me that the evaporator coil needs to be replaced despite only two years of use. An AC unit should not need a new evaporator coil after just a year or two of use. Then they told me that they no longer make the part we need so they are putting in a different coil, but can’t source it. It has now been a month since I first called them out to fix the issue this year and we still have no AC. They have kept me in the dark about their progress. I have to call to get updates. The bottom line is that their customer service and sales teams are unhelpful and their technicians are unknowledgeable. I’d stay as far away from this company as possible. After spending $15,000 for a new AC unit and living in Atlanta, I’m pretty furious that the AC is already causing problems that cannot be fixed, and I foresee that this is going to continue to be an issue for our family

I scheduled a visit with United Air Temp through the American Home Shield warranty process. UAT called and provided a prompt arrival time to diagnose my air conditioning problem. Mario was on time, very professional, and very knowledgeable. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and fix it. I'm appreciative of my experience, I would highly recommend Mario and the UAT team!!!

Daryl was early and extremely professional. Identified the issue and quickly fixed the pipe and even took time to walk me thru the issue and why it occurred.

The service was fast and thorough. The technician was friendly and professional. I had an excellent experience. My AC is now working perfectly.

My service technician Devin was patient, very thorough, detail oriented and only gave answers to what he was certain and exact. He didn't try to guess 2 part questions and made sure he received my acknowledgement of the part he could not speak to before allowing the conversation to resume.
Clearly I was very impressed with this young man's work ethic and professionalism. It was a breath of fresh to see this quality, so rarely seen, in that 20 something age group.

Thank you and I would definitely continue my business with United Air temp as long as they continue this type of representation.

Air conditioner repairman did a great job! He notified us when he was on arrival. He was very professional and solved the problem. I recommend this company to anyone.

Another great experience with our technician John with United Air Temp on 6/23/2025. He was out to do our semi annual maintenance on our upstairs unit and install a part on main level/basement unit. As usual John was thorough and courteous. John and Justin continuing to provide great customer service is one of the reasons why we continue to do business with United Air Temp. New unit we purchased is doing well and upstairs units’ maintenance is done. Look forward to seeing you in the fall John to do our winter maintenance.

Very impressed with their service. They added me on call when I reported a breakdown in the middle of summer. Their technician Shahid kept in touch through the day and reached at 9pm. He left at 10.30 after restoring the cooling. Very thorough.

I was assigned United Air Temp through Am. Home Shield service request. Two guys were sent out. One was "shadowing", observing/training in residential HVAC. Between the THREE OF US the leak was determined to be a HVAC PVC pipe leak in the wall. They did not have the tools to sufficiently get into the wall, cut the sheet rock. I can only give 3 stars since UAT needed to schedule a return to fix the leak next week.

Jose was extremely thorough and able to diagnose the problem quickly. He came up with several solutions for our old AC unit that others were unable to fix. Highly recommend!
