on a hot Sunday afternoon, their tech was here in about 20 minutes from when I first called. He quickly determined the problem and had the new part installed in less than 15 minutes from when he arrived. of course, the price was more than I had hoped but was still WAY less than I feared it was going to be. When the time comes to replace my existing system, I'm definitely calling these guys.

They were very professional and proficient. They immediately identified my issue and promptly fixed it!!

Berry Good Heating and Air is an excellent company. They make emergency house calls. Justin came out to my home the same day I called, when our old air conditioner died in the heatwave. He was very professional, personable, and friendly. He explained the problem thoroughly. Our old unit could not be repaired, it had to be replaced. But even though we were in a heatwave, Berry Good sent out their most excellent installer Tim and his team. He was also professional, personable, and friendly. They quickly installed the new unit and the new air conditioner worked fantastic to cool our home back down! This company goes above and beyond. They are the best heating and air company I have ever had in my home! They rose far above my expectations and are an excellent company of high quality and standards! I have been more than very pleased with Berry Good and I have been recommending them to everyone!

Of course, AC units can never fail during the day, but must do so at night on the hottest day of the year. Justin, their incredible AC tech, was at the house in 20 minutes, beating his estimate by 10 minutes, described the sound the ac unit was making to a T and why it was doing it, and had it repaired in 15 minutes. So pleased to have found them and Justin! They are on my speed dial now!

This company is professional and timely. I called because my air conditioner wasn't working properly. A technician came next day to assess and I needed a new system.( it was very old). I decided to replace. The owner explained my options patiently. I decided and the next day my work was completed.

I would give 6 stars, if possible. Berry Good did an excellent job helping our family in a pinch. Justin’s professionalism and overall work was exceptional. He made good recommendations, discussed options, and even made sure his installation crew knew of our current household situation. We will definitely be using Berry Good for future HVAC needs, and request Justin.

Horrible service . Last year they said I needed a new system (system was 3 years old at the time ) I found an honest tech who cam to my home . Blew
Out my coils. My system ran all year . Then this spring I called the same HONEST PERSON . He came back and did a tune up for this past summer . If you are reading this . Please get a second opinion. The only thing I was out of was the 100 service charge with NOT SO GOOD heating and air .

I have been a customer of Justin's Berry good Heating since 2011. I wouldn't dare call another company! For the last 14 years every time I call him he either comes the same night or the next day. This is our first encountering With Berry Good. We are so impressed! The customer service has been top notch as is the care for the work being done. We needed a new compressor and they gave us a fair and honest option. Came right out the next day to complete the job. Everyone we have had out has been professional and knowledgable, honest, fair, responsible, and efficient!

Ever since purchasing this home, I've only relied on one company to assess with my heating concerns!!! Today has been another testimony on how professional, dedicated and passionate the company and its employees Justin and Tai are. They're not sales people. They are individuals with experience, knowledge and integrity so me as a consumer feel no pressure in selecting what is best for me and my home. They gave times in which they would come to my home. They gave times in which the work would be completed. They stayed in contact with calls and text messages and they ordered their word about this entire process!! I can only wish other companies had this type of customer service!!!

Justin is absolutely amazing. There has never been a time that I’ve reached out and he did not hesitate to respond expeditiously. He’s responsive, kind, respectful and does amazing work. Received excellent customer service and resolution from Caleb in resolving my AC issue. Caleb called ahead of his arrival and arrived within the stated time. Upon arrival Caleb did a thorough job in accessing the issue. Even more important to me was Caleb’s thorough explanation of the issue and what the resolution would be. It was a really great experience overall. I will definitely use United in the future.

Air Temp came out to repair my AC recently. I was grateful that they came quickly, and Ruben, the tech even called me earlier to let me know that he could actually come earlier in the day. He was quick and thorough, and explained every thing he was doing. Turned out the issue was small, but he fixed it. His professionalism impressed me, and combined with the quick response time, I opted to sign a service contract. I highly recommend this company!

Peter was very thorough. He serviced all 3 of my units and cleaned my dryer vents and 2 hot water heater tanks. He didn’t rush the job and I appreciate that. Well done!

Had my annual heating service done this morning sept 30th this time with different company. Caleb did an Outstanding Service. He actually inspected the whole system and explained thoroughly. Unlike other companies they just changed filter and in and out your house, however Caleb was spot on, I have very old unit. He took his time to check out everything on the list, performed, explained, and recommended what needed to be done. He was Professional and knowledgeable. I finally found a company who's honest and reliable! Superb customer service!
