United was sent to us a long time ago because of our home warranty plan. However this gave them my information and they have been calling me since to schedule a maintenance cleaning for a discounted price. When they couldn’t get a hold of me they called my husband. This caught him off guard but he decided to schedule the cleaning.

The day before arrival they called me to move my appointment to the end of the week.
The day before the new appointment they called me to move back my time block. I was a bit irritated because the company called me many times to schedule and then moved me twice.

The day of the appointment my technician called to tell me they would be an hour late. That was irritating (only because of the previous calls I got from United) however understanding the business I get you can take longer at a job site than you anticipated. I was thankful they at least called to make me aware! I waited to see how the technician preformed before calling the company.

Our technician Ryan, was the saving face of how I felt about United. He was honest and thorough and when deciding to change the plan of action he went back to redo his work.
The basic maintenance cleaning wasn’t enough for our unit, so we had to upgrade the cost. I was not happy about the price upgrade but I was happy with the cleaning that was done with the upgrade. He was a wonderful technician!

I am updating my review from 4 to 5 star because of the manager Justin and technician Caleb. On the 18th I almost dropped the review to one star and wrote about my situation. However I gave it some time and was shocked when the manager heard me out and came and put eyes on the situation. When he came out and we discussed my concerns he made the issues more than right! He sent me out a new technician and made sure everything was addressed! I will continue to keep my plan with them and keep them as my top company.

Rodney Brown came through this afternoon and was VERY knowledgeable and passionate about his work. I was impressed by how quickly he diagnosed our problem. Rodney answered my questions patiently and walked me through his process. He was in an out in about an hour. Thanks, Rodney!

Got a second opinion from United Air Temp. They were awesome. They answered all my questions, gave me the straight scoop on work that needed to be done versus might not need to be done and provided a great level of assurance that the original company would be okay to continue moving forward with. Nothing is more helpful than an honest second opinion when there's a concern. And these folks were straight up. Didn't try and scoop the job away from the other guy and gave me the honest feedback on what would be reasonable and the fact that the proposed new unit (different brand) would work okay with my AC from a different brand etc. I really appreciate all the help, these guys were top dollar.

I have used Pipes Mechanical for a couple projects at my business. They had resolutions that other companies could not deliver and they did their work in a timely manner.

Bryan Campbell and Pipes Mechanical are my go-to business for repairs on our home. As a rental property owner, it is important to find a fair and reasonable business to care for your property, especially when you live (two) hours from it! Rob and Bryan of Pipes Mechanical have been servicing my HVAC regularly for ten years and I have never had a problem with it. Curtis was great! We had a pipe burst and he was able to isolate the break and provided a good solution to get us back to available water again. He went further by checking our other systems looking for a root cause to the break and noticed a pressure issue due to a faulty valve. He got that sorted out on the same visit which was a bonus. He was friendly and courteous and especially careful with our cats and open doors which is always appreciated.

I was very pleased with Zachary Lasek, his ability to transfer knowledge pertaining to my problem was epic. He repaired the pipe in record time, and I was very happy to have water again. After fixing the problem he went from room to room to make sure the water was flowing as it should. He also advised what needed to be done in future to maintain. Again, thank you Zachary and we will be in touch to complete your suggestions.

My experience with the technician was an absolute positive experience. Jake was very thorough and knowledgeable of his craft. He worked diligently and precise doing the job of replacing pipes in my garage. My wife and l agree, we will definitely request Jake for any plumbing jobs we have in the future.

Installed a new variable capacity Daikin HVAC System on October 8, 2025. The installation team was knowledgeable, professional, and showed up on time. They did what the salesman said they would do!! The system is very quiet and will be more energy efficient than our old Single Stage system. It also came with a 12 year warranty. Longest warranty of any of the other companies. The thermostat was easier to use than we anticipated. We downloaded the instruction manual for the T-Stat and it was easy to follow. Casteel did a variety of work that was included in their proposal but was extra with some of the other companies. They ran new line set for the system, new double wall flue for furnace and water heater, new return & supply plenums, Ultravation 5" media air filter, & a new gas shut off valve. The technician showed us how to work the thermostat and explained the system features. The AC is very quiet outside. Hard to hear it running until you are close to the unit & the house cooled off quickly.

Fe'Darren Hutcherson, was my technician he arrived on time .I booked appointment online came next day watch was awesome. He fixed the issue gave discounts in which I like very professional and very knowledgeable. Any time I need any plumbing work done going to request Mr. HUTCHINSON. Had a scheduled maintenance appointment today. The technician Rich was very professional and thorough. He explained what was going on in each of my 2 furnaces through photos he had taken. He answered all of my questions and am looking forward to having Casteel service my systems going down the road!

He arrived within the first hour of our scheduled window and was able to diagnose the issue with our porch lights and exterior electrical outlet. Curtis with Casteel did an amazing job with a plumbing issue I had. He did an excellent job to make sure the job was done right, and he made sure to answer any and all questions I had.
