Kenni Picon from Cool Air mechanical had me setup in master of days to replace my old HVAC systems. He had the best installation team out and the entire work got completed in matter of days.

I've been waiting for AC for almost THREE WEEKS during the HOTTEST days of summer. I have been polite, friendly and SO PATIENT throughout the wait. HOWEVER, I am learning the hard way that communication goes GREAT when things are good, but the second something goes wrong... They stop calling, helping or trying to trouble shoot.

I have felt completely on an island with this issue and have had to call daily to try and facilitate this repair that is covered under warranty... If the end game is to get me to purchase a new system, it will ultimately be with someone else.

I hope this actually gets to someone that cares enough to respond and figure out how to contact me... Because lord knows that every person in the call center knows how patient and polite I've been... But my next call is to Costco corporate to complain about this partnership.

I truly hope the 4 families I referred, that purchased, never have this experience... I'm so disappointed.

My daughters system blower motor went out this fall the CoolAir tech came out on time and advised what the repair would cost and asked since the system was 11 years old if I would be interested in a quote on a new system to compare. Fabian came out one hour later and gave me different options yo choose from. He went to bat for me to get me the best system in our price range on installation day Fabian texted me and told me the unit that was quoted was out of stock bit they would upgrade to the next level up at no cost to me. I truly appreciated him standing behind Cool Air and their reputation. The installers Rick and Jose were excellent skilled and efficient! Great job!

The office was great getting someone out, however, the technician assigned was very rude to us. He let us know that he could not do any work unless we paid first, but if he did do the work and we paid after, his company would not chase us down for the money. He said they would come back in and “snatch the thermostat off the wall”. I don’t think I’ve ever run into anything like this at all. Given that we have a service plan with the company, I did not expect this. We are good clients, but we were not handled as such. I would assume that the repairman are subcontractors.

Tech Winston and David were on time and get the things done in four hours! They explain the product and assisted us in using the app for the thermostat. We are thankful for Nima N. as well. Happy campers!

I really appreciated having Oscar repair my HVAC system. He was extremely knowledgeable of the issues with the system and very thorough in educating me on the issues, the process of repair, and details concerning the completion of the repair. He was even able to detect and correct some additional issues my system was causing to my home. Many thanks!

Our salesperson was Art Scott and our installers were Elio and Jean-Paul. Our overall experience with Cool Air was quite positive. Art Scott spent plenty of time with us inspecting our house and discussing our options with us. When we finally scheduled the install, he was available to answer any questions that we had.

Our installers were simply fantastic. They were punctual, polite and very knowledgeable. Our house was built in 1964 and had extension renovations done to it that were not aware of. This posed some interesting challenges for the installers as the original install plans weren't possible after these renovations were uncovered. We were able to call Art, even though it was on the weekend, and he was able to understand the issue and consult with the installers on options. They immediately got to work with devising some alternatives. Their creativity and professional experience allowed them to devise a plan that would give us the same quality heating and cooling as the original plan. It took over 3+ more hours to get this accomplished but they didn't complain at all about the extra time. They also asked for our input along the way to make sure that we were informed and on-board with the entire plan as it was being executed. After the install was completed, they then spent time explaining how to use the new system and didn't leave until we were confident that we knew how to use it.

All in all, this was an amazing experience and I highly recommend that you use them.

Today Sept 29th 2023 Cool air also came out and took care of some HVAC issues. They were fast, got the work done in pro manner, wore booties, etc Very happy Cool Air Mechanical saves the day!!

John and his crew were very responsive to my questions and concerns. They did an excellent job installing our indoor duck less units mfg by Lennox, we like the Lennox over our the Mitsubishi ductless units that were installed in our other home in Blue Ridge. We purchased the Lennox at Costco during their promotion and received a 15%
Costco cash card and another 2% on our visa card. Great job and we highly recommend both Costco and Cool Air.

New Lennox HVAC system installed replacing our Comfort-Maker 36-year-old system. Juan Nabor and his partner did a great job with completing breaking down the old and installing the new system. Covering was laid across the floors, stairs and they wore shoe coverings to prevent dirt damage. Walked me through setup and pulled in another support person to assist with some of the on-line steps for the new thermostat, internet router and mobile application download activation

We had a challenging location to install a mini split Ac unit. The Team at Cool Air did a great job to come up with a solution. everyone was focused on doing everything they could to insure we were completely satisfied. Great focus on customer satisfaction.

I am highly impressed with Cool Air Mechanical! Ralph was the technician and he came promptly and diagnosed and fixed my issues immediately! I would recommend them to people that need plumbing repairs or recommendations and heating and air conditioning work. I am grateful my issue has been resolved.

We had a entire new AC/furnish unit installed & overall the process went very smoothly. The installers arrived on time, called ahead & let us know when they were on the way. Once they arrived, they were friendly, did a great job of explaining the installation process, and answering any questions I had. Once complete, they showed me the work that had been done & helped show me how to operate the new thermostats.

Another great experience with CoolAir and our rep, Kennie Picon. Kennie worked with us twice over the last 3 years and he is incredibly well prepared, knowledgeable, and helped us solve our furnace issue fast.

Kennie is very knowledgeable and thorough in his work. He was patient with me as I wanted to try different things with our quote and he never made me feel like it was a nuisance. He educated me on our system, what was needed and how they could help. I’d recommend them again.

We received maintenance on our HVAC. There was a clog in the drain & it had to be flushed out.Oscar Aguilar from Cool Air, came to our rescue & did the repair even though it was late in the evening to make sure we were up & running with our AC. Oscar was thorough, patient, answered all the questions we had & we were so happy that he was the person that was sent out to service our HVAC. We will always ask for Oscar !!

Start to Finish We had a fantastic experience with this A/C company from the very beginning. Our salesperson, Daniel, was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to educate us on all of our options without any pressure. He made sure we felt confident in our decision and was responsive every step of the way. The installation team, Isaiah and Riley, were equally impressive. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and kept everything clean and organized throughout the process. Their professionalism and attention to detail really stood out, and they were happy to answer all of our questions. From sales to installation, the entire process was smooth, stress-free, and handled with care. So we just had our mini split installed in the summer of this year and already faced issues with the install. To make this short, they are not good with servicing their warranty until you become nasty. I had a refrigerant leak that affected the functionality of my system, and an employee name Armando was supposed to call me twice and he never did. It took me being nasty threatening to take them to court and report to Costco before they sent me someone with integrity and diligence. The person who saved Cool Air from my wrath was Vernon Mathis, the install field manager. He spent hours in the cold until the issue was resolved and made sure all my mini splits were working properly. Had it not been for Vernon, we would be spending the winter with space heaters all over the house instead.

I received wonderful service from Josue. He kept me very informed of his work and costs on our 18 year old HVAC.
