Cool Pro has been our go to HVAC company for years. Each technician who shows up is smart and polite. No hard sells for extra equipment just good honest service and a fair price.

Lee and his team did a fantastic job at a very fair price. Lee quoted multiple options for a full system and ductwork replacement and was able to get us scheduled within a business day. His team was prompt, professional, and did a great job cleaning up. Their install looks well-planned and professional. I will be using them for all my HVAC needs.

First service, ac went down overnight. Called at 8am this morning Nick was here at 11:00. Found capacitor had gone out. He went ahead and did my 6 month maintenance while here. I am super happy with the quick and honest service Coolpro provided.

If you are in need of a repair do not call Coolpro
They are only interested in full system installation.
After checking my system they stated I needed a new starter.
However ,the repair was not big enough for them and they departed. My family was without heat for Thanksgiving !

The staff was amazing! The woman who scheduled my appointment was so kind and welcoming, and Lee went above and beyond to help fix my issue. He even made extra suggestions to help me out. I really appreciated their customer service and will definitely be using them again!

My AC went out over the July 4, 2025 holiday weekend, (Sunday July 6). I called Cool-Pro at 11:15 am Monday July 7 and at 12 noon there was a AC tech at my house. John quickly figured out the issue and the AC started working. John also did an inspection of the whole heating and air unit. He recommended something that could cause a flood in the attic unit if a kill switch was not installed. I told him to install the kill switch. I really liked the professional manor with which he handled the repair and install of the kill switch very efficiently. I highly recommend Cool-Pro.

My AC wasn’t cooling and I called Coolpro heating they did a fantastic job! The owner was super nice, understanding, and really took the time to explain everything. When the inside of your home is 87 degrees in the heat of summer, it’s important to find a reliable company. Thankfully, I found CoolPro Heating and Cooling. Called on a Wednesday and worked with Lee the owner for a quote and review of the project (super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable). By Friday morning 8am, Taylor and Ruben were at my house installing a whole new system. They were professional, curious, and efficient. House was cooled and back to normal by evening! Highly recommend!
