These guys did a great job on replacing my duct work. The were fast and had great communication. The AC is so much colder. I will use Lee on all my new construction homes, he is very knowledgeable.

Lee and the whole team from Cool Pro did an excellent job installing our new systems. They were very professional and knowledgeable about the units. The install is top notch quality. They covered all of the floors and cleaned up well after. We had a tight space to work with in the attic, but they still got everything in and out and new equipment installed in a day. Highly recommend them.

Lee and his crew did a fantastic job getting our entire HVAC system replaced in less than 8 hours! I had tons of questions before locking in with CoolPro but they were happy to help and I’m glad I stuck with them. It never felt like a sales pitch to get a bigger or more expensive system. It was actually quite the opposite. When I asked about the variable system Lee warned that my older ducts could sweat which would lead to needing all new duct work in the garage. Other companies advised that it would not be a problem at all, just trying to get our business at any cost. Their pricing was honest and fair.

We had a vent added to a dead zone in our kitchen along with some dampers to restrict airflow where it’s cooler downstairs. Instead of our house feeling hot the entire day after cooking for the first time since install, the kitchen actually felt cool and comfortable the entire time! I also work in an unconditioned space so it has been a big relief to come home to a cool house in this Georgia heat.

We needed to replace our 30 year old heating and cooling systems. CoolPro sent a pair of techs out for an estimate the same day I contacted them. Very knowledgeable and explained why a variable drive (which would have been more expensive!) may not be the best choice for our house. Their quote was very competitive. Scheduled installation about a week later and they got everything installed and running in one day. I really appreciated that they didn’t try to push us into an expensive maintenance plan or any “upgrades”. We got exactly what we wanted, at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Outstanding professionalism and a first-rate, absolutely professional result.

Michael (the sales estimator) came out, looked over the specifics of the project and paid careful attention to the details of how/where we wanted the unit installed in the ceiling. He then quoted the job at a competitive price.

The mini-split install team (Nathan and Jonathan) also listened carefully to our wants and finished up the tricky ceiling unit install for our enclosed patio in one day.

During the installation, the team exceeded my expectations by hiding the line set inside the wall for a super-clean installation (which their local competitors said could not be done).

Even my wife was impressed at their professionalism (and frankly speaking that is hard to accomplish).

Overall: Excellent! 10 stars out of 5!!

Summit Heating and Air is a great family owned and operated business. Their core values come through with every interaction. I had the pleasure of working closely with Jonathan and Rachel for my HVAC needs. Jonathan explained everything he was doing and the work that needed to be done. He was patient with me as I asked questions. Rachel answered all my questions, was timely with responses to my inquiries, and had no problem sending and resending the proposals I requested. All around this is an amazing company and I trust them to always provide 5 star service.

My AC went out Friday night after hours. I reached out to Summit through their website at 7:00am Saturday morning. Within 30 minutes they had texted me and arranged to come and fix it that day. It was my daughter's high school graduation, and they even worked around our schedule! Our regular maintenance technician came out, promptly identified the problem and restored cool air!

We contacted Summit to have our AC replaced. They responded in a very timely manner, and were able to send a technician out within days to assess the situation. Just one week later they were able to remove our old equipment and install new one.

Always top notch service. Had a leaking pipe causing water to accumulate in the basement. The guys came out, cleared the blockage and extended the outdoor portion away from the foundation. I learned a hard lesson last year about choosing another company over this one for an HVAC install. But with Summits help, all issues have been corrected. Won't make the mistake of going with any other company again.
