We had an outstanding experience with Summit Heating and Air! They replaced our entire HVAC system upstairs and downstairs, and the whole process was seamless from start to finish.

Clyde was great from the start and not pushy. He explained everything needed and was so thorough. Summit was our 4th and final quote from different HVAC companies and we are so glad we went with them.

As for the HVAC installation team Brett, Asa, and Martin, were incredible to work with. They were professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and extremely respectful of our home. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure we were comfortable with the process every step of the way.

It’s hard to find contractors who combine skill, professionalism, and great customer service the way this team does. We are beyond impressed and would highly recommend Summit Heating and Air especially Clyde, Asa, Martin, and Brett — to anyone needing HVAC work done!

We had our old system completely replaced today. Shazie & Chris and their team were professional, punctual, competitively priced, cleaned up the job site, laid out drop cloths so as not too dirty our house and knowledgeable. With four guys the job was done in half a day. Overall outstanding service!

Shazie did replace our hvac unit at our business. I hope I could give him a negative star. He used poor quality wiring and burned the whole thing. I have tried to contact him through several methods and he is totally irresponsible and won't even contact us back. He is terrible where he charged the landlord the $25k and tried to charge me as well. He Landlord had to make him sign the lein waiver as he was threatening to put lein on the business. Please don't use this guy.

Shazi and his crew have been to my home literally countless times. After installing a new unit over a year ago, it started failing. Shazi came over to check on it and see if it could be fixed at least 5 times, all for free. Since it was over a year old, its warranty was no good anymore. Vortex installed a brand new unit for only $1500, a third of the price of what he could have charged. I didn't even ask; that's great customer service. Always friendly, on time, and very communicative. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Vortex is the best! My AC was out with water on the floor on a very hot day - I called Vortex and they were here in less than 2 hours. Andy & Johnny repaired the unit quickly and expertly. Very friendly, professional crew and company. I highly recommend Vortex.

My mom’s AC went out July 4th weekend. After making multiple calls, we were unable to get anyone out and the temperature inside the house just continued to rise.

Once we spoke with Vortex, someone was out at our house within a few hours. The technician was extremely courteous & professional.

Within about five minutes, the problem was diagnosed & within fifteen the unit was fixed. The AC started to blow cold again & all rejoiced.
