It is so rare to do business with a service company worth leaving a positive, let alone rave review. Shazie is awesome! We’re in a heat wave and the AC froze up. I called umpteen-dozen local companies and understandably they are busy, but none had ANY availability for a week to 10 days - not even for a quick service call just to diagnose the issue. Shazie asked me questions about my issue and was willing to squeeze me in - THE SAME DAY. He communicated with me throughout the day and came as promised and got my AC back online the same day. He patiently explained and showed everything to me and offered several suggestions and solutions but didn’t try to upsell or strong-arm me into anything. Vortex will now be my go to HVAC company and will be the company I recommend any chance I get.

Shazi was very fast to respond. When onsite he’s highly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient/quick. During visit Shazi was great about consulting on items to look out for to prevent future problems.

So not only did they replace my elderly mother’s furnace fast & promptly, but they replaced all of her vents, cleaned up after themselves, but helped cleanup after me as well. Prompt, Professional, Courteous, thanks for taking care of a senior, and exceeding the service we’ve become accustomed to experiencing for our parents.

These guys are on top of their game. Responsive, professional, reasonably priced. They've installed new systems for me, cleaned ducts and made regular maintenance visits to keep us running efficiently. Vortex is good value.

Shazie has been taking care of my HVAC needs ever since I moved into my current house, and I have nothing but praise to offer. He is personable and reliable and responds promptly to whatever needs or issues I may be having. Over the years he and his team have installed and maintained a new HVAC system, a house-wide humidifier, new vents and ducts, and upgraded thermostats. I highly recommend Vortex Mechanical.

Matt and JJ really went above and beyond to get our upstairs AC system back up and running. They quickly diagnosed the problem and found a bad part that was still under warranty! Both were very professional and kept the job neat and clean. We are definitely going to stay with this company. Highly recommended.

I don’t leave reviews often, but Shazie is the only person I trust with my heating and air. He is prompt in his responses, and I never have to worry about being taken advantage of or ripped off. He is always truthful. He didn't even charge me for service once because it was an easy fix. He’s super reliable, and I trust no one else!

Chris and Chazzie's team did an incredible job quickly installing a Trane 17 HVAC for my home. Chris had to deal with an antiquated system which could have been overwhelming. But, he solved the problem quickly and I now have a beautiful system for a very reasonable price. He listened carefully to what I wanted and gave me exactly what I needed. I would recommend them to anyone who wants excellent work.

We had a new heat and air system installed,very professional and knowledgeable. Great group of guys, even the owner called several times to check on how we were doing during install even stop to check on everything.
