Installers arrived exactly on time and finished full HVAC installation in one day. They explained the new smart thermostat and assisted with the setup on my iPhone. All areas were left clean and to my satisfaction. Installers were friendly and professional; would highly recommend Summit Heating and Air.

Dennis, Daniel and CJ were great and assisted us with our leaking attic HVAC unit. You can tell these gentleman, and Summit overall, look to take care of their customers and really care for them. They tend to stay in Cobb County which helps them be responsive and address the needs of local customers rather than drive all over the greater Atlanta area.

Summit came very highly recommended by several people in my neighborhood and I know understand why. With each person I interacted with I was treated like a VIP! Michael my salesperson was very knowledgeable and offered solutions in an area of concern, Amy who works in the office was kind and patient, but, I'm most grateful to Jay and Johnathan who spent the day at my house installing my new HVAC system. They did an outstanding job from the moment they arrived to when they left my home. They went right to work, cleaned up perfectly, are really smart and most of all cared that I was happy with everything.

Summit Heating & Air is the best! Our AC went out in our home on a Sunday... our neighbor suggested we contact Summit and before we knew it, the owner of the company called us to talk us through the problem and solutions. They sent a technician (shoutout to Dennis) Monday afternoon to diagnose the problem and he came back out again on Tuesday to replace the broken part. They are what you'd hope a local service company would be - attentive, communicative and trustworthy. Highly recommend!

Dennis from Summit Heating and Air came out today to troubleshoot the zone system for our 2nd and 3rd floors, and he was awesome. He figured out the immediate issue quickly, but what really stood out was how clearly he explained the long-term problem we’ve been dealing with.

We already knew the system was undersized, but he pointed out something new... it’s a single-stage system when it really should be two-stage. No one had ever explained that to us before, and it finally made a lot of things make sense.

One of the reasons we keep using Summit is because their techs always go the extra mile to make sure you actually understand what’s going on. Dennis took the time to walk us through everything and didn’t just rush in and out. Really appreciate the level of care and professionalism.

We chose Summit for both price amd customer service. Their technicians spent a lot of time helping us choose the correct products. Then, after installation, they sent another tech to review the work done and go over how to use the thermostats. We are happy customers.

We will only ever use Summit going forward!! Our first service with them was an emergency weekend call and they responded so quickly. Clyde was wonderful and walked us through each step, committed to getting it right. Jen and the team are lifesavers!

Summit Heating and air was able to quickly respond when I had a furnace that was no longer working. I ultimately decided to replace the entire hvac system. Prior to the job Clyde was extremely knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions i had. During install time the 3 man crew was able to get the job done quickly and answer any further questions that I had. Thanks again guys!

Mine wasn’t an emergency but they still had someone out within 24 hours of the call. They replaced my supply box and sealed all of my duct work.
