Amazing family-owned company has helped us twice now—first back in 2018 when our old “lemon” unit (not purchased from them) failed, and again recently when our 17-year-old downstairs unit broke. Both times they were professional, quick, and had our home cool in less than 24 hours. They’re an amazing, respected family in our community and the only HVAC team we trust!

This is the third time I have used Summit and they are fantastic. They have extensive knowledge in the HVAC field, are willing to answer any questions and walk you through the answers, very hands on, and extremely polite. I have had the best experience with them every-time. I highly recommend.

Jonathan was great! He came to my house, diagnosed the issue, let me know the options, and they gave me a fair price for what I was looking for. Other companies had tried to quote me on changing the whole system/duct work under the house (which isn’t necessary), but Summit came in and gave me a fair price to fix what was broken. Would absolutely recommend them and Jonathan!

Summit Heating and Air is a great company to work with. They are a top notch company from beginning of the project to the final walk through. The crew that installed both our upstairs A.C. and downstairs A.C. we're both professional and conscientious. They cleaned up after themselves daily while on our project. They came in and went straight to work. If you are looking for a good honest company to do your work, you can stop your search. I would highly recommend this group of professionals.

Great service. Now that we’re in the single digit temperatures I have peace of mind my furnace is in good shape. CJ gave helpful info on furnace maintenance and shared ways we can reduce heating bill.

Asa and Brett with Summit Heating and Air were great! Every person who was here and worked in our home was nice, polite, and respectful. They arrived on time every morning and when the project was finished, they cleaned up like they’d never been there before. The level of work done was top notch, everything was installed so neatly and left much better than they found it. There were small things that they did, that they certainly didn’t have to do, that really stood out to us. What we appreciated the most was how respectful they all were of our home. Once we received the proposal, summit was so respectful of our decision making process. They understood how big of a purchase it was and gave us plenty of time to think it over. They didn’t call us every day pushing us to make a decision. They treated us great from beginning to end. We’re very happy with our decision!

Asa Fritchman and Brett Desmarais did a great job! Together, they installed a new AC/Furnace-Heat pump, digital thermostat and attic tent. The install took all day but they always welcomed any questions and concerns I had and helped me to understand my new system. They took away my old unit and made sure I was comfortable with my new set up prior to leaving. I will highly recommend Summit Heating. Clyde was my initial contact and he was both incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making me feel confident in what was needed, especially it being such a big investment for my home. His expertise was a big reason why I went with this Company over the two other estimates I received.

CJ from Summit arrived within 15 minutes of us calling about our heat going out, on a Sunday! He was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem, give us realistic expectations about our system and offer cost-effective solutions to get some extra years out of our older system. We recently had Summit install new units at our primary residence. Wow, all I can say is, what amazing service! The technicians were so courteous and did an exceptional job. One of them even sang beautiful songs while he was in my attic doing the install! Their office staff was attentive and they even sent us cookies the next week. Not only did they get my units up and running smoothly, but they were also incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire job. I had a lot of questions (some of which were definitely borderline nonsense), but they took the time to answer everything thoroughly and never made me feel rushed or brushed off.

After having an issue with my heating system and being serviced by a contractor used by my home warranty company, I contacted Summit to further inquire about my equipment. I spoke first with Rachel who provided information pertaining to the equipment and even further information was made available after referring me to Clyde. I was absolutely blown away by the helpful and detailed information he provided. Clyde was not only extremely pleasant but thorough and patient enough to walk me thorough detailed steps to determine what action needs to take place in addressing the problem with my heating system. If the issue can’t be resolved upon the contractors return, I will not hesitate to call Summit with the absolute confidence of positive results! They have a definite future customer in me!

What really stood out was his honesty—he showed me some concerns from the report and explained that my furnace still had life left before replacement was needed. I truly value that transparency.
