From the owner on down, the professional approach to getting the job done well is the goal. Four Seasons does not cut corners like many outfits. You can trust this company to not oversell with your heating and a/c needs.

Had odor coming up thru pipes. Repairman recommended replacement - galvanized w/PVC. Also removed and installed vanity and toilets. Excellent work and quite costly. But smell still remains.

I contacted Assured because of their flyer for a pre season maintenance check up. During the check up, the technician did something to burn out the motor. After several calls, the motor was replaced, though now it runs much noisier than before. That tech acknowledged the noise factor. When the weather got cold and I attempted to turn on the furnace, all I got was cold air. The pilot light had been turned off. Knowing I have an old unit, I always kept it on. So, must have been turned off during the checkup/ motor situations. This new tech was unable to light it and all of a sudden says I need a thermocouple. Shouldn’t checkup have determined that, if that’s the problem?
Now they want to charge me $545 to replace!!
A $10 part that can be replaced by watching a
YouTube video. I can’t recommend a company that won’t take responsibility for problems they caused. TERRIBLE experience!!

We’ve had a service contract with Assured Comfort for several years. We have also used their plumbing services a few times. They’ve always done a good job for us and respond quickly.

Three Technicians during three separate service appointments told me I needed various parts for my unit. They also told me I needed to replace my entire unit. After having two other companies come out for a 2nd and 3rd opinion I was told there was absolutely nothing wrong with my system. I replaced various parts of my system through Assured, and now I'm wondering if I needed those parts. I'm a Army/war veteran, and the owner claims to be one as well. This is not the military way!

This has got to be the least professional HVAC company in Atlanta. You regularly have to call 3-5 times before anyone will even help you, every other time they say they'll "call you back." Ordered parts in June that didn't arrive until August, every update was "it will be here any day now." When the parts finally arrived I confirmed that morning I was on the schedule for the afternoon, that afternoon they claimed "someone called and rescheduled." Clearly they rescheduled my appointment and didn't bother telling me.

Customer service good. Sent a technician out quick to fix A/C not cooling. Prices for repairs were a bit expensive. Every recommended fix had a $200 price tag or entire new system $9000+. We did what would get A/C cooling again but that was it for now.

Our Technician Darryl and his assistant were extremely polite, friendly, punctual, fastidious and competent completing installation of heater/air conditioner and thermostat. We are very pleased with their work!!

We have used Assured for three fairly extensive jobs to bring our old house up pro code and they have been fantastic. Arrive on time, get the job done in the amount of time they say it will take. Reasonably priced. I would suggest them to family, which says a lot!

Assured comfort has been nothing short of professional when dealing with every HVAC issue I could think of under the sun. They’ve come back to repair and or modify any issues that we have had and we currently use them for ongoing maintenance for our HVAC systems. They did a fantastic job and had great financing when it came down to installing a new HVAC system in our home. We would recommend them to anyone. Everything from there call ahead note to communication about the visit and follow up after the visit has been top notch.
