The technician called before he arrived, he wore his mask and shoe covers when entering our home, he was very informative when explaining the issue, and was a nice guy overall. I would highly recommend using Assured Comfort over the rest. I called a few and nobody could get out for a few days! It was 80° in our house and with two kids that wasn’t happening! Assure came the same day and had us back in the cool same day!

We just had our third unit installed by Assured Comfort. Jerry Hall was recommended to us years ago by Keith Martin. We have been very satisfied with this Company. WE have used them for years. Very professional.

Cory was great! He has been my service technician in the past and he was again prompt, polite, knowledgeable and thorough. He did the inspection quickly but went over it to make sure that I understood what he had done and that I was happy with the job. Thank you Cory

We've used Assured Comfort for the past few years after trying a number of different companies. We've been with them every since for HVAC maintenance and plumbing issues. I initially requested service for one of my toilets which I assumed had a broken wax seal. Shane called and texted to let me know he was on the way. He arrived on time with the necessary parts to complete the repair. He also took a look at one of my showers which was not getting up to the desired temp.

I have also used this company for heating and air service. So glad I have a dependable service provider for all of my home systems!

I have used this company for 22 yrs. I've never had a problem. I've had 2 systems installed with them. They work within your budget. They have performed all the services & maintenance on my system over the years. They are always on time, work is done right 1st time, techs & everyone I've dealt with have been friendly & helpful.

When our air conditioning went out the first of June 2020 it started a small adventure.

We had Assured Comfort come out to troubleshoot the system. The tech was professional and well trained. After trying a few small parts on the compressor (starting capacitor and a few others) it was time to retire the old system. As we checked, it was 32 years old. This happen to be 1 year older than the tech working on it. :).

I had them and a few other companies give me quotes for a completely new system. In 32 years the technology had changed a lot. Come to find out we need a few extra vents to balance the system so it works the most efficient way.

Based on cost, warranty period and reviews we decided to go with Assured Comfort. The system we want was on the more expensive side, but in the long run would help on the power bill side over time which will help pay for it on the return on our investment.

So it took us a few weeks to get the funds together of which we ran fans in the windows and an attic fan. As part of our adventure the attic fan ran for 1 day, then would not start the next day. I had to change the motor it was also 30+ years old.

The day came and we got the install scheduled. The guys were on time and started early that day. They took out the old system, installed new exchange system (inside unit), compressor (outside unit), line set (tubes between them) and new electronic thermostat. Everything was up and running with new vent installed which has help a lot in that area of the house. Personally I love the thermostat as I can control it with phone or over internet from anywhere (just like you see on some TV commercials).

Since install we have had a few 90+ days and the system has keep the house COLD, not cool, but cold.

Kyle Bryant was the plumber who found the leak at my house and will repair. He was extremely professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. Kyle inspected every aspect of the leak and affected area, and he communicated thoroughly regarding options and associated costs. He was compassionate and patient, answering any questions I had and communicated with empathy and transparency. I am extremely grateful to him and the company — I will definitely call them for any future needs.

I had Assured Comfort replace both of my entire HVAC systems in 2017 with new Lennox systems (upstairs and down). They provided a 10 year warranty. We then had to replace a part in 2022 and paid for them to do so (also supposed to be under a warranty) ... Now, in 2024 they are asking us to pay another $1800 to make repairs for the same part from 2022 AND another part from the Lennox system. This is a bogus "warranty"! They are also asking that we pay for the refrigerant that leaked out because of their faulty parts!!! This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever encountered. Come on ... be a better company!

I asked for someone to come over and look at my system for a possible replacement. The scheduled time came and went; about an hour later, I received a call from the sales rep saying that due to a "scheduling conflict" he was not able to come. Yet, he came by the house earlier without my permission to look over my outside unit.

Then after that call I receive a text saying he was on his way. Obviously it was automated.

The whole experience was disappointing. But I am happy that they showed their true colors before signing on the dotted line!

Professional and knowledgeable! I have a heat pump system with two zones. Jason was my technician and he did a great job advising me on some healthy upgrades. He was super patient with my questions and the fact that I did my own research and asked him to comment on it. HVAC is not cheap, but Assured Comfort is a dependable firm that will work until everything is right. This is not always the case with independent providers. Very professional. thanks!

Kyle Bryant did an excellent job with replacing our water heater — His knowledge and recommendation allowed us to easily make the best decision and option. He communicated effectively while outlining the details of the repair and installation. Overall, he was great throughout the service and appreciate that he was able to get us back to normal!

Had a service call scheduled from 11–2. Got a text at 2:45 saying it would be another 90 minutes.

If they can’t deliver on the “on time” part of their guarantee—or even update me during the appointment window—why should I trust they’ll get the “done right” or “priced right” parts either?

That first impression was enough for me to move on.

If this was strictly a rating about the price and work being done, it would be 4 stars. HOWEVER...

I have been called for solicitation TWELVE times just since April of 2025. And despite calling them and sending an email requesting they stop contacting me, they will not.

So be aware, they will hide behind the whole "if you agree to our service, you authorize us to contact you regarding recommended services, etc.". They do not care about what this does to their customers.

Until or unless they change this policy, you're better off choosing just about any other HVAC company. It is a shame that decisions made by their corporate structure affects the good men and woman and the service they deliver.

Update 11/4/2025: since posting this review I've been called an additional seven times. This just reinforces and supports what I've outlined in my review.
