I cannot give this company enough praise. Jonathan worked us into the schedule and a team came out the next day. The home we purchased hadn't had the vents cleaned in a very long time. They took their time and used care to clean everything. I highly recommend them. There was a minor issue after and they came right back out to fix it with no charge.

Team Air is a new HVAC company, here in Georgia, there are 6 different locations. The pricing is way better than other HVAC companies. The carrie Home and business units American standard units.

I paid almost $1000.00 to get my heater running. It worked for a little over 3 weeks. The tech came back out to check the system. I was quoted another 2900.00 in repairs. I asked for a detailed quote to see exactly what I was being charged for. I called the office twice to get the breakdown for the charges. I asked to speak to the owner multiple times before he actually called me back. He apologized for the delay and agreed that as a consumer, you want to see what you're being billed for. He said he would have something for me within 24 hours. Never heard back from anyone. I had to call another company since I couldn't go all winter without heat. The new company came out and made the correct repair the first time. In the end, I did not need $2900.00 in repairs as quoted and wasted almost $1000.00 dealing with this company.

Chad and Jacob recently completed a wine cellar renovation project for me. Main issue was poor insulation or lack thereof. They did a fantastic job with closed cell spray foam insulation and installed a new fully ducted Whisperkool system that is keeping my cellar at optimal temperature and humidity. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for and these guys don't cut corners and stick with the highest quality materials. Thank you.

Have replaced 2 systems for us over the years (we like old homes) and have been our maintenance people as well.
