Woke up yesterday morning to no AC downstairs. I called my regular company only to find out it would be a few days before they could come out. No one wants to go a few days in the middle of the cold weather without air in GA! Innovative Mechanical was the 3rd company I called and they were able to come out same day. My tech did an outstanding job, he diagnosed the problem pretty quickly. But, what impressed me was I have two units, same brand, same age, different sizes, the technician took the time to check my second unit for the same problem and found that the second unit was also experiencing the same issue just had not broke yet. I was able to get that unit repaired before it actually broke. And yes he showed me the part, so that I could visually see there was a problem and it needed to be replaced. He went out of his way to make sure I was not without Heat now. I was so impressed and appreciative! Innovative Mechanical was not my regular company, but they will be now!! BIG THANKS TO THE INNOVATIVE TEAM!

My 9yr old Bryant furnace was cycling in and off. I did some of my own diagnostics and sent them a long email explaining the situation. Tykee came ahead of schedule, had read the email, confirmed the issue and made a quick fix. All in under 45min. Then Cassandra called me to make sure everything was fixed.

Had a great experience with Innovative Mechanical. A header had stopped putting out heat and Ty was able to quickly determine the issue was two bad switches and replaced them the same day. He also advised me on a few other suggested fixes for the unit but didn't push me to do them - just let me know for the future. Very good communication and work. Great company.
