I've always enjoyed working with perfection air. They have great communication and scheduling, friendly people, and get the job done on time and within budget.

I've worked with them for multiple jobs now and they are always fast to respond and have great new install prices.

Brandi was fantastic!!! She had the issue resolved and taken care of so quickly and was super friendly and helpful while doing so. Very professional and we’re so relieved she got it fixed!

Stay away if you work hard for your money.
Called them for an HVAC system that wasn't working well. Tech came over, looked at the system, replaced the filter and got the system to work again.
The price?
$160.
Yes, $160 to change a $5 filter.
I understand trip charge fee, but this is outrageous.

The best service and quality work. And more then that honesty. I was told by a different company that I need to replace my air condition unit and they came by and charged me a very reasonable amount of money to fix it.

The first time I had them out, Joe worked tirelessly on our unit during a bad storm. They did quality in an honest manner for a fair price. We have been through one or two other HVAC companies. Perfection air wins hands down.

Absolutely amazed by Brandi's professionalism and thoroughness. We have been struggling with the ill-functioning heater system in our apartment through this winter and filed several complaints to our apartment management, who practically ignored the problem. Only today our struggle was finally properly addressed and solved by Brandi. She explained the reasons of malfunction, changed thermostats, thoroughly tested and confirmed the issue was solved. This is an exceptional company with exceptional people working for the company , about 2 years ago I was looking to replace 2 AC units for our large house , This is a large job that requires knowledge and precision I contacted several companies and received few quotes.

So. I have a bit of a rant. I have been using perfection air for over 5 years. Over that period of time, I have had to have almost all components of the system in my house replaced (outdoor fan and coil, indoor condenser coil, furnace, zone system, replace ductwork). During that time, I consider myself to have been a very loyal customer.
On almost every job that has been performed at my house, I have had to have a service tech come back to remedy a problem with the original install. This is true for the zone system, outdoor fan, and the indoor condenser coil. The condenser coil alone has required at least 5 service calls! Every time I have asked them to come back out to see about a problem, they act like I am inconveniencing them and they want to charge me a diagnostic fee (even though I have already had them out to assess the unit within the week).
The disconnect is that the service tech and repair techs are always separate people and have totally different tools and skill sets. And they never are at the house at the same time. So I never feel that the install is completely verified to be problem free before the work is complete and the repair tech leaves.
But my biggest complaint is that the manager refuses to talk through these issues to come to an amicable solution. This go round, the owner simply said they didn't need my business any more and hung up on me. Well, that's great, I suppose you no longer need me as a customer now that you have all my money for repairing every component of my A/C system over the past 6 years. Totally unprofessional and inconsiderate. Don't use this company unless you want the run around on every repair.

Perfection Air installed our unit 8 years ago, whenever we needed service I was amazed how quickly they responded, All their technicians (we had a few) where highly skilled, professional and reliable.
I can definitely say it LOUD now, this Company is Dedicated to their Customers.

I used them twice over the last 3 years to fix my A/C. In both cases they took less than 24 hours to detect the problem, find the piece and fix the unit. Price was better than others I found in the area and gave me a quote. I have no doubts that I will use them again in the future for anything, including buying and installing new units

Brandi was absolutely wonderful. I reached out to my landlord about my AC not working and she was able to solve the problem quickly. She even gave some great pointers and tips to help keep the system in a good condition since I have a cat and her hair sheds almost everywhere. Definitely will let my landlord know to use her again if any more problems arise.

Brandi was simply AMAZING! It’s so refreshing to encounter someone knowledgeable, professional, excellent at their craft. I had to be out for a little while while she finished up fixing my air condition system and she took care of everything and left a little note letting me know what happened as as promised. I love the follow through and the attention to detail. Also the issue was resolved. Much love and appreciation

Been doing business with Perfection Air for about 5-6 years now. I purchased all types of equipment, condensers fan motors, evaporator coils, blower motor. I have called them about 7 times about my evaporator coil. Had to get a 2nd opinion and was told I was being sold defective equipment. The say their merchandise is new but that is inaccurate. Within 3 months after an install you guys with be calling them for service calls. Good luck!
