I have been a customer of Perfection Air for many years now and have always found them to be great to work with – any issues have always been quickly and professionally resolved which I have always really appreciated! I have a fairly high volume real estate business in the Atlanta area and they have been the only HVAC Company I have used for the last 12 years or so. They know what they are doing, are honest and fair to deal with and I can’t recommend this company enough.

I had my ac and furnace replaced 12 years ago with them. Nothing was done right. Furnace was not properly sized, duct work was not done properly, returns were not sized correctly, basically a sloppy job. I now find myself having to replace the ac and furnace. The ac never worked properly. The above criticism is not my own, but from four certified reputable hvac companies who recently gave me quotes on replacing my system. Buyer beware.

These people are amazing. Straight shooters, no games and take care of their customers. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

I want to give a huge shout out to Andy for hooking me up with an awesome system at a great price. He’s a stand-up guy and straight shooter. I also wanna give a shout out to Leo and Loah they were the installers and worked very hard and did an amazing job. I couldn’t be more impressed with this company.

From start to finish, the service was absolutely outstanding! The team was punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the problem with my A/C, explained everything clearly, and had it running better than ever in no time. The technicians were respectful of my home, leaving everything spotless when they left. The pricing was fair, the communication was excellent, and the whole experience was stress-free. HORRIBLE COMPANY. They do not respect time frames you're available nor working with you at all. Threaten to force entry into your home if you're not available. Disgusting way to work "with" people.

Air Command was a subcontractor on the gas line project at her condo. She was given advanced notice of the work to be completed by her HOA and over a weeks notice when they would need to enter her unit. She had ample opportunity to reschedule the work but failed to do so. Once work was started the subcontractor had to enter each unit to reconnect gas lines and ensure customer safety.

Matthew and Zack were very personable and professional. They installed a new AC unit in my apartment. They were quiet and finished when they said they would. I highly recommend Air Command and especially Matthew and Zack.

Have used this company for many years. Our newest home came with a service contract on the HVAC. First service the other company said our unit was shot and immediately started the pressure for a new unit. We terminated the service contract and called Ron at Air Command. He looked at the unit and said that parts in question were well within warranty and would be free. I had him check everything and he pointed out some items to keep an eye on. We replaced these items at my expense. Overall a new HVAC at minimal cost thanks to his honesty.

During the very busy Summer months it is hard to find a heating and air company that will find room for you in there schedule. My air conitioning starting blowing warm to hot air. It was timely and convient for our representative to come out and locate the issue. I received a prompt email and knew the time frame when expect someone at my home. Great overall service, very professional!
