David was spot on. I had a water heater emergency and he replaced my 50 gallon tank quickly and professionally. Grateful for his expertise and expediency-just in time to keep me from having to cancel my Christmas party! Whew! Thanks for a great job!

We had Joseph B. from E Dennis do a bunch of electrical work at our house. The house was built in the 70's which presented some challenges, but Joseph communicated risks, options and unknowns throughout all the work. He had recommendations ready during each job so we could talk through the pros and cons before the work progressed.
The work we had done:
8 recessed lights installed in a bedroom
1 light over a staircase
3 fans removed (one replaced)
2 outlets installed in the kitchen island

Joseph quoted the jobs transparently and accurately and also quoted some extra work we'll do in the future (replace panel).

Joseph is knowledgeable of the current code and advised me on the details of the jobs all along the way. I would definitely recommend E Dennis electrical.

Yuri came out to trouble shoot a power outage in our basement. He was very methodical and identified the problems. Once he was sure of the problem he walked me through his entire diagnosis of the problem in detail. He presented the options for fixing our issues and price points for repairs. Once we settled on what we were going to do he stayed in touch and made sure everything was in place for the repairs to be made. Yuri is takes a lot of pride in his work and knowledge of his craft. He was very personable and a great representative of his company.

Jamie and Jason were assigned to our home to clean the furnace and air vents. They were both punctual with Jamie arriving first and providing a detailed overview of the entire process and assuring he was aware where all the vents were located. They were very professional and respectful of our home assuring everything was cleaned prior to moving to the next vent. They answered all of my questions and Jason actually adjusted each return vent to assure the air would flow properly. My entire family has observed a difference in air flow and freshness. Jason listened tentatively to a concern expressed by my wife in regards to imbalance of upstairs heat/cooling on the other side of house. He made a recommendation to rectify the situation and followed up with us to see if we had any questions following receipt of the estimate. This is the 4th time using E Dennis services and very pleased with each interaction of every employee from customer service reps to technicians.

Our technician was Cody Barnes. He did a great job was very knowledgeable and fixed our issue very quickly. Would definitely recommend not just E Dennis but Cody as well!

Yuri was a pleasure to work with. He was kind, knowledgeable and Experienced. He took the time to answer all my questions. Took less than 2 hours and installed my new outlet for my closet. I would definitely recommend him and I would be sure to use him again.

Excellent response to my call and service! Dalton was trustworthy and professional. I had problems on a weekend, and they made it happen to visit and resolve my problem, but there was another unforeseen issue. Dalton was very quick to reply to my text and followed up immediately the next day. He never pushed but gave me all the facts!

Jerry and Owen did a great job with installing my gas line from the meter to inside my house. They also installed my gas range. Great job!!!

Top Notch experience with Cody. He is on point with his service and has coordinated all parties to mark lines and prepare for new water project at my residence. He listened to my questions and concerns and did an inspection of the water lines. I know he will do an excellent job. I did these water lines 40 years ago and know the job he has before him. Cody is a good man and glad he will be doing this job.

Cody was great! He looked at our issue and explained everything. He was nice and answered all of our questions. We would 100% recommend Cody for any plumbing issues.

Guillermo Lacasa was amazing! I called the main office, and Guillermo was dispatched the next day. He was able to diagnose multiple plumbing issues we were having and communicated the solution perfectly for us. He came back the next day and completed all of the previously itemized projects. He stayed late to make sure everything was perfect. We are very impressed with the dispatch to project completion time. We would highly recommend E. Dennis and Guillermo for your plumbing projects!

Bryan Hood showed up on time and diagnosed the system quickly. He got it repaired same day. I will be calling back again if I need any service in the future!

Ian, Adar, and Cody did a full re-pipe of our home as well as replace the main water line from the meter to our home. The meter line took 1 day! The full home re-pipe took another 2 days. They made minimal disruption to normal life, and took care of our home as if it was their own. They went above and beyond by coming back out to check something when I had a follow up question after the install. Great job guys!

Yuri serviced our Electric needs today and was not only polite and professional, but very personable as well. We couldn’t have asked for a better connection and introduction to your company than the experience we had with Yuri! He took the time and patiently answered all our questions and concerns. Abdulla from the start was very professional, very knowledgeable and very respectful. He explained everything as he went, and although I had made up my mind to not fix anything at the moment, I realized after his knowledgeable explanation the necessity benefit of his recommendation. Not only does E. Dennis employ quality individuals, the company also extends affordable solutions. I won’t use any other company for my electrical and HVAC needs.

Excellent service experience. Cody did a fantastic job getting the plumbing issue resolved. He came out Sunday evening to get things sorted and came back Monday morning to flush the lines out. The work was efficient and everything was clean, no mess. Cody was very personable and a pleasure to work with.
