Not only was he professional, friendly, reliable, knowledgeable, courteous, and all one would expect of a successful and honest service individual, but also a precious gem. Justin Dowdy did such a through job today locating a problem issue with one of our furnaces and by solving a drainage issue with another furnace. He took time to do the job correctly and neatly all the while explaining in detail everything he was doing and asking all kinds of questions to get to the bottom of our problem. Great job!!!

Excellent on time service beginning with John Self doing the estimate, Kelly coordinated the appointment and Mark completing the service work. On time service and no estimate surprises when finished. Everyone was courteous and pleasant and I will not hesitate to call them again.

Woke up to a freezing downstairs due to a furnace shutdown. Self Brothers came out same day as a winter storm warning was bearing down. Curtis, our technician, diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes, replaced a bad capacitor, and got our system up and running again before freezing temps set in. Very pleased with the quick and courteous service.

Self Brothers (and particularly Preston!) were so efficient and helpful. When temps dropped out of nowhere, they jumped in and made fixing the heat and thermostat problem as easy as could be. Kelly was also super helpful when we called. Such a great company and team!! Highly recommend!

They replaced my old furnace and air conditioning. They did a wonderful job. It was done very uniform and very thorough and checked the system thoroughly and went over the uses of the thermostat with us. High recommend them to do other work.

Tim called informed n e of his ETA. He arrived promptly with coverings over his shoes. He assessed the problem, explained the problem and what's needed to repair. Tim went to his truck to get the part needed, told what the repair cost and if I wanted to move forward. He was efficient, pleasant and I was very pleased with his work.
