Donald was prompt and professional. He wouldn’t enter the house until he put his shoe covers on and once inside, went straight to work. He quickly located the issue and corrected it and everything is now up and running smoothly. He offered advice about what may have caused the problem and insights on when something might need to be replaced. Highly recommend his service!

I had Steve out when all of a sudden my kitchen started pouring water from my washing machine connections and sink. Steve was fast and thorough and communicated every step of the way what was found and needed. After he realized he would need a stronger tool, he got Nate out within 24 hours and the water in my home is fixed! Thank you Nate and Steve for all of your work! We have been customers for 15-20 years. I will be hiring another HVAC company from now on. I was astounded that I was charged almost $200 on top of the $230 service fee for a simple summer maintenance check. It seems very suspicious and unlike anything I have ever experienced with Anytime. Apparently a return duct, similar the type duct behind a clothes dryer, became disconnected. The adhesive on the tape that was holding it together for the last 7 years (age of unit) became denatured in the heat of the attic so the tape wasn't effective anymore. There was no great feat of engineering involved in putting it back together, not even a hand tool was required. All that was required was a bit of duct tape. A simple maintenance issue like that is what should be covered in paying an annual maintenance fee. The technician told me that he contacted "the office" about trying to get me a discount and "the office" said no. I didn't see any point in trying to argue this suspicious $180 fee with the tech because it seems like this may be a new fee structure for Anytime. Also I never received an invoice that shows the charges or that I paid this ridiculous fee. I am so disappointed by Anytime Heating and Cooling. I have no other choice but to find another HVAC company that I feel won't take advantage of us.

One of their drivers (in East Fayette County) was swerving in and out of traffic, speeding (65 in a 45), and generally being aggressive. When I called the company I got an AI assistant pretending to be human. When I finally got a human I was told they'd check if a manager was available to hear about it ... Spoiler alert: they weren't. The company obviously doesn't care.

Steve Mattox came the same day that I called. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. He was personable, friendly and great to talk to. I highly recommend Steve and the company. Don't hesitate to call them.

Randall is a very knowledgeable professional. He was very kind and detailed as he explained what the AC issues were and what options I had. He was intuitive to recognize my concern when he informed me of the various costs to replace my AC unit. His compassion and reassurance that the company would work with me with cost and payment options spoke volumes about the leadership and staff at Anytime. I have and will continue to tell others about the consistent superior work I have received over the years. I have used Anytime for Heating, Plumbing and AC needs since I moved here 15 years ago.

Nate recently came to my house twice in 24 hours, and was absolutely wonderful! He's thorough, professional, kind, patient, hard-working, and definitely goes above and beyond for his customers. We had a plumbing issue, and Steve Mattox quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was incredibly friendly and a pleasure to speak with. I highly recommend Steve and Anytime plumbing for their professionalism and excellent service!

I called Anytime this morning at 7:00am to report my water heater wasn’t working. They sent a professional to my house that afternoon, and he installed a brand new unit, and removed the old one. Very fair pricing, and the repairman was very professional and knowledgeable- he showed me how to operate the unit as well as diagnose any potential issues. Great job! Very pleased with Anytime and their operations!

Called early this morning and had a same day appointment. I've had an extensive clog in my bathroom toilet effecting my master bathroom and guest bathroom. Nate came diagnosed the problem and got it fixed right away. Will most definitely use them again!

Michael Wheeler is a lifesaver! My AC went out so my whole house was 84 degrees and miserable. I’m pregnant, and have a 1-year-old baby and two small dogs, so we were all really struggling with the heat. I called Anytime Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing at 7:30 pm, and Michael called me immediately. He wasn’t technically on call but he noticed he was close by and came to help. It only took him a few minutes to figure out the problem and repair it, and he was so friendly and kind during the visit. Within minutes of his repair, our house was back to the low 70s. 10/10 will definitely call him again when we have problems.

Steve did an excellent job installing a new kitchen sink. He had a couple of challenges, which he seemed to overcome easily. Would absolutely use these guys again.

We’ve been using Anytime for plumbing maintenance since 2023. They have always taken great care of us. Josh Woody came out today to flush our tankless water heater. Josh did a great job and let me know that next year’s maintenance would be more extensive. Very professional and courteous. We’re satisfied customers.

Donald was amazing he didn't try to sell me anything. There was no pressure or scare tactics. Just facts he even resolved issues that past techs. Didn't mention because of his approach. I'm definitely adding anytime heating. To or list of pros we use to maintain or home.
