E Smith has done all of my HVAC service for years. They always do a good job, show up when they say they will, and everyone you interact with is always friendly and professional.

Zach was a great representative for E Smith, and explained what choices and prices we had for a new a/c system. He was knowledgeable and answered all our questions, even answering questions after hours. We are glad we called E Smith. Next day installation, great installers, and best price we found.

Winter service on HVAC systems under service plan. I was reminded to schedule an appointment. It was handled efficiently. Technician arrived on time. It was handled thoroughly. The service was handled professionally, routinely and in a friendly manner. A great experience.

Serviceman arrived within the time scheduled and was thorough in his servicing of the equipment. He also went the extra mile to help us out by repairing a parallel vent that was not part of the HVAC system.

It’s rare to find honesty in a contractor these days. Derrick came out to give us a quote on a whole house dehumidifier, but he said we should really get to the source of our moisture problem. While he could sell and install a unit, it may not solve our problem. Even though his recommendation didn’t lead to a sale today, I felt valued as a potential customer. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely call him if I have any future needs.

Alex did a great friendly job on our routine service and even made a minor adjustment to my furnace to improve reliability.

We had our HVAC units serviced today and they did a fabulous job! In fact, the service technician took the time to change our thermostat settings on two floors to help the systems run more efficiently and save us money on our electrical bill. I’m so glad we made the switch to E. Smith!

One of your technicians, Alex, came to check on my furnace, which is part of my semi annual check up. He was knowledgeable, and did a very fine job. I’ve been using E Smith for over 30 years.

I have done business with E. Smith for 55 years. Every year they perform exactly the same way as they started in 1969. I believe in being loyal to providers who do their job and are consistent. Overall they are the best I have found including the back office staff which includes Nona and Lisa.

It was a pleasure to have Alex this time as a technician for the air conditioner inspection! He went above and beyond! He did a great job cleaning the unit like never before! What a pleasant guy! Thank you for having him, that makes me want to continue having you guys for the future service!

E. Smith did a great job of responding to and repairing a glitch in our Heat Pump heating system that had shut down our system in COLD weather. They got the system up and running even though they had to send for a couple parts to complete the repair. Fortunately for us, 5 years after the system was installed, it was still under warranty so there was no charge to us for their 3 visits to get the system working at 100%. They made sure the heat was working well enough to keep us warm while the new parts were in transit.

Mark from E. Smith Heating & Air came to fix our first floor thermostat problem. He pinpointed the cause of the issue the first minute he saw the heating unit in our basement, and then solved the problem effectively. Mark walked into our house with shoe covers on, and when he needed to check equipment outside of the house he took off the shoe covers and put them in his pant pocket, and put them back on when he walked back into the house. He demonstrated respect to the customer’s property, had a meticulous work attitude, and a high level of professional skills. I will continue using E. Smith even if only for Mark.

E Smith always does a good job with us. Technicians are always pleasant and professional and will explain the issue to you.

I would like to say how please I am with E Smith Heating and Air. Kenneth came out on time and with a good attitude for my regular A/C service. He assessed the situation, inspected and cleaned both units and their associated systems. This is our 3rd home, and I have never seen our A/C units this clean! The scheduling and management team were also very respectful and engaging with a minor misunderstanding on my part. I highly recommend this company and will use them again from now on. Thanks again for everything.

On Sat night at 8:O0 pm, a wonderful young man from ESmitn rescued us from having to spend the night in the cold with no heat. The “plate” on our 25 yr old furnace had gone bad. Miraculously, he had one in his truck! This young man was professional and efficient and at the same time uplifting in his demeanor. We are so grateful to him and E Smith.

I agree with everything all the other five star reviews state about this company. I was originally referred to them by someone in the commercial air-conditioning business, whom I completely trust. It’s a professional, reliable company. Technicians are well trained, and I don’t have any problems with them like I did with other companies. My elderly mother has used them for 20+ years and has the higher level annual contract. Whenever she has a problem with her older units, there is a technician at her home within a matter of hours to repair it. Trustworthy and reliable, and they know what they’re doing.

Nathan was very thorough in his service call and went over everything that could've been wrong with the system from top to bottom in the end we found a dirty air filter was the culprit. These guys are good and honest about their work and their technicians are courteous and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them for your maintenance or service call.

A very polite and competent young man came to check out my AC unit. I believe he did a thorough check and didn’t find anything wrong with it! Yeh!
