Our experience with E. Smith has always been top notch. Yesterday both of our air conditioning units were inoperable after heavy rains caused debris in pan to trip the safety switch in one unit. The other unit had completely frozen up.
We had our fall checkup scheduled for today, but fortunately Nona was able to move us up a day. Our service technician Kenneth provided exceptional service. He was professional and extremely thorough. Added bonuses he was great with my old dog and had a great sense of humor. I would highly recommend E. Smith for heating and air conditioning service.

The technician was very thorough, polite, and efficient checking our furnace and changing our filter. He gave me a helpful tip on controlling our indoor humidity level.We have an annual contract and pay a one time fee.

Had a blower motor go out again on my aging furnace. Called E. Dennis HVAC and the technician came and diagnosed the problem and provided solution options. I chose the total system replacement. They were out the next morning as promised. I want to thank the original tech Austin and the installation team of Cole and Ulysses for the professionalism and personal service. I could not be happier with the experience and results.

E. Smith has been out for us more than once and we've been very pleased with the quality of service and transparency of pricing. They have been able to quickly identify HVAC issues and provide us with issue causes and solutions. On both occasions repairs were affordable and/or covered under our semi-annual inspection which has been great.

The initial diagnostic visit went well and beyond my expectations. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. I love the way he wears his shoe protectors to prevent dirt dragging on my floors. I didn't not hesitate to sign up for a 2-yr maintenance contract!❤️

We had Alex take care of at our last home. When we moved to our new home we didn't want anyone else checking out and servicing our new system. You don't see people care like he does anymore. His knowledge on A/C and heating systems is quite impressive. He goes the extra mile to make sure everything is right. You can tell he is a truly caring person dedicated to what he does.

I’ve been a customer with Bartlett for over 7 years. They are so helpful & easy to work with! My technician Stephen came out on a Sunday to test my system when my thermostat stopped working & get my heat back up.
