My technician Bo was excellent—friendly, knowledgeable. Not trying to sell me things I don’t need, gave me lots of helpful info with recommendations and sent estimates with no pressure. Would happily use him again for maintenance service.

Bo and Team called when en route and were timely for the appointment. Bo walked me thru each service checkpoint with an explanation of each part's function. The clubhouse at our HOA recently had a new HVAC system installed. Bartlett Heating and Cooling did an outstanding job and left the premises in pristine condition. We've been with Bartlett on an annual maintenance plan for years, and they've always been great folks and helped us keep our circa-2008 era HVAC functioning as well as could be expected. Last night, our 17 year old original blower motor finally failed. Jason came out today and was able to identify and rectify the issue while explaining each step of the process and showing us in real time each are of concern so that we could understand the failure process. When it's finally time to make the big purchase and replace the whole unit, Bartlett will be our first choice.

These guys are very knowledgeable and very professional. We got several different quotes and theirs was the most competitive. They came to install 2 furnaces the next day and were finished in 4 hrs. Very happy with everything and enjoying a warm house!

Woke up to a system that had shut down- we were in a cold spell (15F). Did the basic troubleshooting without success. Called around 6:30 and by 7:30 Holly called to check in. Big kudos to her she does a great job and is always so pleasant to work with. Anyway Stephen arrived later this morning and quickly got the system up and running and added to my troubleshooting checklist. Everyone I’ve worked with at Bartlett has been so willing to help and teach. Great job and much thanks to the entire Bartlett team.

My wife and I recently purchased a property. We discovered that one of the HVAC units was not working. Based on Google online information and neighborhood sources we selected Bartlett Heating and Cooling. Cameron Watkins arrived as their tech. He found the problem and solved it in minutes. He then conducted an examination of the HVAC and made improvements in performance. The speed of work and low cost for all the work was very impressive. We have contracted with Bartlett to do our HVAC annual maintenance servicing and will ask for Cameron to be our regular service tech

Everyone at Bartlett is great. We had an issue with our heating system and they came out immediately to fix it. Our technician Bo was friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem quickly and answered all of our questions. I would definitely recommend Bartlett!

This was my first experience with Bartlett Heating & Cooling. It exceeded my expectations from the office/schedulers to the service rep as well. Mitchell was my service tech and he answered all of my many questions and made timely suggestions to improve my system & he sent me an email with the pictures to back up what he said, What stood out is how thorough Mitchell was and the extra time he spent checking out my system. In the past other HVAC companies were in and out very quickly and that was not the case with Bartlett. Best HVAC experience ever!!!

The entire staff over at Bartlett is incredibly professional and kind. From the management to the technicians. James Emory made the process of me getting my finances together very stress free by being patient and providing temporary comfort for my family by installing space coolers. I wish I could remember who the guys were who came out and did the replacement/installation but they were very kind and professional as well. They got in and out while making sure everything was operating appropriately. 10/10 would recommend.

Bartlett has always taken care of our heating and air needs (even when unexpected). The periodic visits from Bo for servicing have been fantastic. He remembers our home and brings practical solutions to our ongoing maintenance needs without overselling.

We started the search for a new HVAC company by going to Carrier’s website to see their preferred providers. Bartlett Heating and Cooling showed as a Factory Authorized Dealer and Award Winner. Further investigation revealed Carrier bestows this on Dealers who have demonstrated exceptional performance and commitment to customer satisfaction.

I can attest this is a well-deserved award. I could not have asked for a better company to help us with our old zone heating system and eventually a new one.

All of our techs have been professional, knowledgeable and personable. A staff member monitors phone and text communications even after hours and on weekends. An unfortunate electrical problem in our house damaged the system and Bartlett worked tirelessly to fix it. I was overwhelmed with their efforts on our behalf. I am grateful I chose them and we are customers for life!

I'm thoroughly impressed with Bartlett HVAC and technician Jason. He came on-time and prepared to meet my needs. He was professional, knowledgeable, skilled and helpful. The Bartlett truck was stocked with whatever tools, equipment and parts were needed to service my concerns about my HVAC system. I highly recommend this company.

We had Bartlett come out for a service visit and they sent out Evan Weaver. He did a fantastic job, and fixed some issues we have been having. He was very thorough and very friendly. We enjoyed the visit.

Jason and James were excellent! They came out and did a full inspection of our HVAC to identify issues that were preventing our house from cooling. They also recommended multiple system upgrades for us that will help maximize our system’s efficiency and improve our air quality.

My furnace died during this recent cold snap. I had been using Bartlett for maintenance so I called for them to give me a proposal and cost. I was happy to meet Blake and go over his recommendations. He answered all my questions. I appreciated the line by line proposal letting me know costs and what was being done. I didn’t know Dekalb county would do a post installation inspection. He tried to stay within my budget. Installation was the next day.
Nick was my installer and I feel he did a great job. He spent the day here and explained all that was required to get this done. I appreciate they were able to use my thermostat to save a few bucks as well.

Bartlett came for our annual HVAC inspection, and Evan was so great! He identified a few issues with our heating system and fixed them right away. He was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable!
