He approached the situation with a warm and friendly demeanor, which made us feel at ease right away. Within just a few minutes, he quickly diagnosed the issue and expertly resolved it. We were so grateful for his support and expertise during a stressful time, and we will absolutely be turning to them for any future needs.

From start to finish, from the estimate to signing off on the job, Air Force is at the very top of my list of companies that excel in customer service, value and quality of work. Their estimate writer (Luke) took the time to explain all options in clear and easily understood terms. On job day, the installers (Jeff and Trey) were exceptionally professional gentlemen who completed the job within the stated time frame. Both took the time to ensure I was satisfied with their work. The installation of the new condenser and air handler carries the mark of professional craftsmen who care deeply about their work. At this point, four hours after the job was completed, I simply cannot say enough good things about Air Force H&A! On a final note, and I think it goes without saying, but I will anyway - just keep doing what you're doing because you're doing it all, all right. I will be recommending Air Force H&A anytime I'm asked. Thanks and God bless!

Very disappointing experience! According to main office tech has some kind of issue and did not come. The office scheduled the next day and tech came hours before scheduled time. The tech was unable and seemingly unwilling to perform the the necessary diagnosis. The tech wanted more money. The tech said there was a leak. The tech said his gas leak tester didn't work. Tech said he would come back next day but did not. I paid cash and was not provided a receipt. So now I'm out of $85 and received no professional service from this company.

Our Tech was Mike. Very professional and courteous. He recognized our issue right away and had us cooling down immediately. He proceeded to preform additional checks to make sure he left us in good shape. Thanks Mike we appreciate your service!

I’m usually very satisfied with this company because they are usually very prompt and efficient. It took three days to get a tech too come to the house. There was a lot of miscommunication. Once David got here he completed the job quickly and he was kind and courteous.

Ron came by to check for gas leak. He didn't find a leak. We called Liberty Utilities and they found a gas leak in the fireplace. Our gas was turned off and we contacted someone to come out and fix the problem.

A service technician was dispatched to my home to diagnosis my HVAC unit. A proper diagnosis was not rendered because the service representative/dispatcher did not convey the to the technician the information given in reference the unit during our call. Because of the lack of communication, the service technician was not properly prepared. He did not have the correct refrigerant for the unit in order to make a full and complete troubleshoot, therefore, I paid for a service dispatch for nothing. I was informed by the technician that they do not provide the refrigerant that I need for residential use...only commercial properties. If I had know this is in the beginning, it could have saved me money... and time for both, the technician and me.

Absolutely amazing they had the new unit installed and under four hours and it’s running great. They were very good about my home and kept it clean.

He was very professional and knowledgeable about what was going on with my unit. He explained the repairs needed and things to do to keep my system running smoothly. Disappointed that the last tech
In Feb left my purifier filter sitting out in attic so was not being used since then. That is real upsetting. The tech today very thorough and more professional. Also hate that have to go thru answering service to talk to anyone. Very annoying.

Mike was on time pleasant and effective. He was very fair. We would highly recommend him and will use Air Force one as our go to company.

Will definitely use them again. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and prompt. The Technician Michael arrived earlier than expected and was absolutely amazing. He explained everything in detail and was very thorough. He didn’t leave until he was sure my air was cooling and working properly. Tom was also amazing. He called me as soon as I sent him a message and listened to all my concerns, questions and then made sure to get all my information and have me set up for an appointment the next day. I received a call early the next morning with times available they worked around my schedule. Office staff was courteous and kind. I highly recommend Air Force Heating and Cooling. If I could I’d give more than a 5 star rating.

Noah was amazing in and out checked everything out installed my filters. He could see I have been maintaining my system for years and I got my money worth out of it already. He was very professional, courteous, honest and so knowledgeable for a young man. I hope to see him in 6 months for my next check up👍🏼🙏🏼

Trey and Jeff came out today to install my new HVAC system. These guys did a great job and answered any questions I had and left everything clean.
Wish I could give a 10 star rating I can’t forget Caleb he was incredibly helpful and answered my million questions during the process.

Mr Austin Hartley was very professional and knowledgeable about what he was doing. It did not take him a long time to figure out what the problem was and what he needed to do to rectify the problem. He came back the very next day he changed all the parts and he insulated all of the parts for the air conditioner and heating unit. I would recommend him over and over and over and over again.
