Originally, we were only on a maintenance plan. However, when we were ready to install our new unit, we chose Bartlett after gathering quotes and investigating the other suppliers. So glad we did!! The installation team was very professional. They were on time! They were very communicative and thorough. We were impressed with their communication, knowledge and technical skills.

Willie Richardson just serviced/repaired our heating. Outstanding job! We called at 7:30am and he was here at about 11:00am. He was nice to talk to and very informative about what he had to do and repaired the unit in a short amount of time. We have used Bartlett for 15+ years now, always satisfied with their work.

We found Bartlett in 2011 during an August heat wave when my wife was 9 months pregnant. We had just moved in and no one wanted to work us during the middle of the night when we were not their clients. After many calls, we reached Bartlett and they didn’t hesitate and had Jerry to our house within an hour. He had our dinosaur AC up and running quickly. We have been clients ever since. Jerry kept that old unit running for 11 YEARS until it finally gave out. Bartlett replaced the entire unit and the process was seamless and affordable. When Jerry retired, his son, Mitchell, became our new technician and he is just as professional and wonderful to work with as his father. If you are looking for a family company where they know your name and know the ins and outs of your unit, this is the one!

My HVAC system required replacement. From the quote to install I was pleased with Bartlett’s attention to detail. I highly recommend Bartlett Heating & Cooling for your HVAC needs. The install team arrived early to begin the work, was courteous, took extra care in prepping, working, cleaning up after the install and making sure I understood how to operate my new equipment.

Four years ago I would have given Bartlett 5 stars. We replaced our downstairs unit in 2021. Wonderful experience. Love the new unit with the dehumidifier option. Our bi-yearly service calls were always pleasant.

Based on this experience we felt comfortable replacing our upstairs unit with the same style.

This where I have regretted my decision. It has been a year of hell since this replacement. I have lost track with the number of times the technicians have come to my house to service this unit during the last year. Within the first week the unit stopped working because it wasn't leveled correctly. This happened several times within the first couple of months in the summer. Always after 5pm. We'd have to fight to get a tech to come that evening to fix it.

Water leaked all over the ceiling in the bedroom above. During one of the attempts to level the unit, the technician stepped through the ceiling while my oldest was in her room. Thankfully she wasn't hurt! No apologies from the tech.

Office was suppose to follow up with scheduling the repairs to the ceiling, never did. I had to call and get the service manager to call me back. I stated I wanted the sheet rock and insulation replaced. Who knows how much water had absorbed into it and not drying in our humid climate. I really didn't appreciate being gaslit about this by the service manager. Lo and behold when the crew finally came to repair the ceiling, a larger portion needed to be replaced and the insulation because of the moisture. The repairs took a week.

During the install, the techs did a lazy job with the wiring outside. After pointing it out, I was told they were the ground wires. I don't care what they are. After spending over $30k with the company on two units, I expect better quality work. I shouldn't have to beg to get you to do your job.

Here we are a year later. Still messing around with leveling this unit only to discover more water damage to the repaired ceiling.

I was never planning on leaving a review, but no calls from the office on getting this fixed. No one else should have to go to through this nightmare.

I have been a customer of Bartlett for 10+ years. Everything about Bartlett, from customer service team to the technicians, is a great experience. Their customer service team is very professional and personable, they’re great at keeping you up to date on service reminders, appointments and technician arrival times. The technicians are very nice and professional as well. They take great care to explain everything they are going to do, what they have done and if there is additional recommended work, they explain everything in person and in a detailed summary of service & recommendations with quotes in their follow-up email.

Our thermostat went out right when it was starting to get super cold. And of course, I had to make the phone call in the evening, after normal business hours. We’ve had Bartlett servicing our HVAC for years, but I didn’t know how they would do in a pinch. I am happy to report. They responded immediately. Mitchell came over in the late hours and installed the new thermostat. He’s a great representative for the company. Professional and prompt. Thanks again for a great job, Bartlett!

Josh Ellis was our HVAC Service Technician and he was terrific! He is a consummate professional whose diagnostic skills were matched in excellence by his communication skills. Josh clearly explained the results of his examination of our unit that failed to heat during the protracted freezing weather and covered step by step what was necessary to remedy the problem. He [or someone in the office] expedited ordering the replacement part and in less than 24 hours the system was working perfectly. This was impressive! He went above and beyond in identifying another part that was on the precipice of failure and made a sensible recommendation. Josh was trustworthy, careful and diligent in his efforts to make sure we were happy with his service. He is a gentleman as well, neatly and efficiently performing his work. He represents Bartlett Heating and Cooling exceedingly well and, all to say, we were fortunate that Josh was our technician! Thank you, Josh!

This group of people are the best!! Super reliable and know what they're doing. I absolutely love my tech Chris. He's terrific, knows what's going on and has been the same guy to service my unit for years! Thanks to everyone at Bartlett! Highly recommend them.

Jason came out to service out HVAC system and got our airflow going in a matter of minutes. Jason is very friendly and has a great personality. He got us set up for bi annual maintenance as well. Very happy with the service provided by Jason and Bartlett Heating & Cooling.

I am very pleased with Bartlett Heating and Cooling because not only do they do a great job maintaining our HVAC system, but they are honest and decently priced. The technicians are willing to answer any and all questions. Josh Ellis was so helpful today. I really appreciated his guidance and skill in getting my furnace’s Aprilaire humidifier working again. He was great at explaining how the various systems work. So I am a very satisfied customer.

I had the pleasure of working with Evan W., and I can confidently say he is an outstanding HVAC technician and a true professional. From the moment he arrived, it was clear he had extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and how to diagnose issues efficiently. Marvelously professional installation of two Premier One Air Purifiers and two NuShield iWave Air Ionizers. The installations were performed precisely as described and there were no changes to the original quote. Moreover, the new equipment placements were precise and clean - the sure sign of a skilled professional. Additionally, the blower assemblies for the upstairs and downstairs units were pulled and cleaned and they would pass any white glove test. Jason Kominoth was the service technician and it was abundantly apparent that he was incredibly capable, extremely knowledgeable, and thoroughly professional. If you’ve made it this far into the review, simply call Bartlett Heating and Air and ask for Jason to come to your home.

I feel like Bartlett is family. Jason is the consistent person that services my systems and he is wonderful. He’s very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things to me in a way that I understand. They’re always friendly and quick to respond. I feel confident having them service my HVAC units!

I have used Bartlett since I purchased my first home in 1996 and have never used another company. They have always taken good care of me and have always been there for my emergencies! I have always enjoyed good relationships with the service technicians as well as the office staff. Stephen Garcia performed my service today and gave me some very good recommendations. He is a very nice young man and I always look forward to seeing him each season!

Highly recommend the Bartlett team for any maintenance or repair services. From the admin to the service techs, everyone is very easy to work with. They do a great job explaining all the recommendations to keep things running smoothly all year round. Most recently, I needed them to come back out to fix an issue and they were able to come out same day. My service technician Zach was very thorough in figuring out what was happening and immediately providing a solution and fix.

Bartlett was great working with right from the start when Blake came to my home for the estimate. He was so professional explained everything and went above and beyond. I had gotten two other estimates prior and they didn't even check the air flows, etc like Blake did. I had such a great feeling about Blake that I went with Bartlett based on his honestly and no upselling. Brent came out to install, he was very professional, did a great job and explained everything he did for me when completed. He even installed a side filter tray for me as where the original was located would have been blocked by the door frame as my gas furnace is inside a closet. What a wonderful team. Installed me a new Carrier furnace Jan 30, 2026 and I couldn't be much happier. Looks great and it's so quiet . Thank you!! Brent and Blake. I would definitely recommend BARTLETT!!!

I am an unhappy “customer.” I called for a “ballpark” quote on the installation of a replacement water heater. I was told that the only way to receive a quote was to have a representative come to our home to see what we currently have. I was told the quote would be free. So the representative arrives, looks at our existing water heater and gives me a quote, plus a $95.00 bill for a service call. If I’m told I will receive a free quote, I don’t expect a bill for $95.00. The service call fee should have been noted at the time of my original call, at that point, I could have decided whether I wanted that additional expense. I will not ever do business with this company.

Excellent service done with exceptionally reasonable prices for high quality work.

Jordan responded within minutes of my request after my Heat Pump was leaking. Within 24 hours, Jordan was able to rectify the issue and also complete a checklist to ensure there were no other problems on my property. Exceptional service!!

Our water heater unfortunately sprung a major link. From the time I called the office, to the time the plumber (Jerome) showed up was only 30min (Awesome)! Jerome was extremely helpful and professional throughout this process. I will definitely be using their services again if needed, and will absolutely recommend them to anyone needing their services!
