DO NOT RECOMMEND ! I’ve had them come out to my home a few times. A technician stated there was biological growth in my furnace area(said it was basically mold) and recommended to clean the mold and install a UV light. A few months after another technician came to do the work and I was under the impression that they would clean the mold before installing UV light but he just sprayed it with germicidal cleaner. The technician installed the UV light poorly ! He made a big hole in the coil leaving the light exposed and not sealed which leads to air getting into it which basically defeats the purpose of the UV meaning it’s not working effectively as it should and also leaving it exposed to the human eye which could cause blindness when seen (which the technician himself told me). The technician also screwed the UV light through the thermostat wire and didn't even screw all sides of the UV light in not securing it safely/correctly. Also since the technician did this am I not constantly smelling a mildew scent in my home, which I never was smelling before.
The technician also cleaned the blower wheel but it was not cleaned properly and basically just looks as if it was only wiped off leaving a lot of debris and dirt on it still WHICH WAS OVER $400 JUST TO CLEAN !!! On top of that another section in the furnace area was found with biological growth as well by another company meaning that the first technicians that came out for this company could’ve not been doing their job properly or just bypassed seeing the growth because it could not and should not have been missed.
When I first called a representative told me that they do not deal with mold and cannot confirm that biological growth is mold (which one of there technicians did which is where I got the idea that it was mold to begin with) and they usually recommend a specialist to test the growth BUT THEY NEVER TOLD ME ANY OF THAT! Instead they made me pay over $1400 to have them install the light and make me feel as if they would solve the issue and the UV light would prevent it when I could’ve had the specialist evaluate the growth and have it dealt with correctly because my biggest concern was having the growth removed and the unit clean because I have an infant at home, which I’ve repeatedly told the company and the technician over and over. Instead they made me pay a lot of money and left me with the same problem AND MORE because of the poor job done by their technician leaving me to have to find someone else to do the job correctly and efficiently.

The company has been quiet ever since I had these complaints. I’ve been calling everyday since Monday to have this issue resolved and the representatives are unable to help me solve the issue and keeps stating a manager would reach out to me before the end of the work day and they never call!!

Heating system checkup on two systems. Excellent service. Tech was very friendly, professional, got the job done.

The A/C needed servicing as it was not cooling.
The technician concluded that the capacitor had hermetic side out of range and also found the system low on 410a. Capacitor was replaced and two pounds of 410a was added. Cooling was restored after above intervention

Alex can out today and served our mini split and main AC. He was on time, professional and reasonably priced. We will definitely be using them from now on. All the 5 star reviews are spot on!!

We purchased a mini AC/Heat for our sunroom. Love the unit and it’s a perfect size for our space! Had to have service come back and the technician identified a problem with initial installation that was resolved quickly! We appreciated how knowledgeable he was and the focus he had to make it right!!

E. Smith Heating & Air and Technician Souf did a fantastic job on my two commercial units on the roof of the Mall! He performed a tune-up and filter changes and repaired a clog. Souf has us in great shape! I would recommend E. Smith to anyone!

On time, very efficient and pleasant. Appreciate you advising when you are coming. It’s great to have some do their job right. Our tech was great. He spoke Korean and we just got a rescue dog from Korea 3 days ago so he helped with info and our dog loved him.

Upstairs air blowing hot. Called E. Smith Monday am and had appointment on Tuesday. Tech very professional and found the leak very quickly. He dismantled system so unit would not be damaged with low freon. Unfortunately, we have to wait on replacement part, but received reasonable quote and new service repair appointment within hours of tech leaving. E. Smith installed our air conditioner so is still under 10 yr warranty and only have to pay labor. The 1.5 week wait for replacement service would be the only negative but that is to be expected. Very reputable company! Highly recommend for price and customer service professionalism.
