Self Brothers were amazing! I got multiples quotes and they were by far the lowest. they came out quickly and installed the next day. They cleaned up really well after installation and then called me multiple times to make sure everything is working. I can not recommend enough.

Preston represented Selfbrother in a very positive and informative manner. He was knowledgeable and gave me straight answers to my questions. The installer, Dwayne Morris was Great. He did a very good job installing my heating unit. He took care of checking that all details were done correctly. I would call them to replace my other units when that time comes.

I have a heat pump and needed to have the filter changed and a quick maintenance check. A problem was detected with my circuit board which was the original circuit board that I didn’t replace when the heat pump was installed in 2023. I totally trust this company since they also installed my heat pump and my previous experience with them in 2023 was excellent. Justin was very professional and explained the problem to me very well. I have referred them to others and will continue to do so. I stand 💯 behind their professionalism, knowledge, and ability to get the job done with reasonable pricing.

Matthew Sharp always provides the best service. Having someone service your AC/ Heating system takes a lot of trust. Matthew’s attention to detail, explains everything and leaves my system running perfectly. I trust him completely.

Self Brothers recently installed a new HVAC system for my home. The process was smooth, and the installers, Joey and Luke, were excellent. They were timely, communicated well, and did a great job installing my new Trane HVAC system

We were recommended Self by the previous owners of our home and are very grateful for that! We just replaced our 20+ year old system and after receiving a few quotes, it was clear Self was the most fair and reasonable. Chad has been wonderful to coordinate with and Dwayne and Luke did an excellent job with install. They were very communicative throughout the installation process. Any question we’ve had since has been quickly answered. The Self office staff is always friendly and helpful.

There has been an issue with my heating for several months and after having several companies come inspect and also repair my issue wasn’t resolved. Finally came across Self Brothers who sent out someone next day. The tech Preston was very good at communicating and was very knowledgeable to where I was confident this would finally get fixed and he proved me right. So grateful to finally have heat again thanks to Preston!

Mark arrived right at the projected time despite having to come from a long way to get to our emergency call. We had furnace problems that required the gas company to shut off our gas leaving us no heat on the coldest day of the year. Mark answered this weekend emergency call and did an amazing job of discovering and eliminating the problem after doing effective testing and repair work. He kept in constant communication and successfully got the heat back on. His customer service was excellent. We also have praise for Kelly at the office who helped Mark prepare for the this vital service call. We highly recommend this company.

I’d give Self 10 stars if I could. My air conditioner went out and the crew was fast and reliable. I can always count on Self for a reasonable and fair quote, I don’t have to worry that I am being price gouged and the team is professional. They always make sure to protect my floor and carpet and don’t stop until the project meets my expectations. Would recommend them over and over and their maintenance plans are great too.

Their website says they repair and replace geothermal heat pumps but when I call they wasted 10 min of my time then and told me they don’t do it. There is no technician to talk to and the receptionist does not know one type of HVAC system from another - terrible

Experienced, efficient, and honest plumbing personnel. Steve and Nathan were at the house to install a new water heater, fix a leak behind the tile AND get the City of Smyrna to clear the line of roots. Highly recommend!!

I had to call the plumber again. This time we removed a vanity so our floor installer could install new floors. When we put it back. One side would not stop leaking. I tried multiple types of connectors. Adjusted many times to no avail. Called the plumbers. Steve came out at our scheduled time. Knew immediately what needed to be done and took care of the problem. I felt it was a reasonable price and was happy to pay for the service provided.
