Robert Weese from Anytime Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is the BEST technician! Not only did he come behind and correct what the guy who did the maintenance on my air conditioner in March 2025, but Robert provided helpful tips to myself as a homeowner. Robert is knowledgeable, professional, and such a kind hearted gentleman. I will be REQUESTING Robert Weese to come to my home this day going forward!!!

Robert called before he came to let me know he was ahead of schedule, which I really appreciated, as we had gotten in late last night from the beach and I was still waking up. He also gave me the option of being there early or waiting until the actual window. When he arrived, he got right to work, loved on my dog, and completed our service within 30 minutes. He then reviewed the visit with me and offered me a suggested replacement. He did NOT hardsell me...just asked if I wanted it replaced, and then when I said no, sent me a quote for future reference.

Sought their expertise in McDonough recently on a house I was looking to purchase. I was quoted $1,600 for repairs. After purchasing the home, I called back to ask if there were any possibility of lowering the amount or payment plans, anything. The rep. Said that the person who could better assist me was not in but would call back. Never received that called. I ended up going to another company, mentioned what should be checked and was quoted less than half for repairs. I think they are hit and miss but I’d be prepared to get a second opinion. I personally feel the price was inflated.

I’ve used Anytime for almost all their services and their techs are always fantastic. They explain everything in detail, provide pricing breakdowns and can work with you on the best solutions for what you need. Their scheduling is always great too, I’ve never had to wait longer than a few days to get someone out and they always have someone available really shortly for emergencies.
Today I had Josh out to test my water and he suggested a whole-house filtration system. He was so helpful and provided options and came up with creative solutions for my space. I highly recommend anyone from Anytime. -
Called them to set an appt but they were too busy at the time to help so we went with another company. Now I'm getting calls, text and voicemails telling me it's been 2 years since they serviced my hvac system and it's due to be serviced again.
They never serviced my unit, they've never been to my home because I wasn't important enough to be a customer at the time. I don't appreciate being harassed and cold called like this. -
Robert Weese was very thorough and polite. He taught my son and I the best ways to keep our system updated. He also identified some issues with the original installation and offered recommendations. Robert was a pleasure to work with and showed my son step by step what he was doing. I would recommend to anyone.

Josh inspected my plumbing today and did a thorough job,as usual. He has been to my home several times. He always treats my home and any issue as if they were his own. Josh represents the best of Anytime and I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thanks Josh. I appreciate you.

Did not have a good experience. Had a technician out to diagnose issues with an AC unit at my barn property. Because I could not tell him specifics about the unit, the problems, or the connections between the system and the thermostat he said there was nothing he could do. Unfortunately I do not have specifics about the system since I am newly managing the property but would hope that a company specializing in AC/Heating would be able to figure it out and help diagnose the issue. Charged me the diagnostic fee and didn’t do anything. Had to call a different company.

silly me for calling Anytime HEATING bc my HEATER was not working..... The tech comes out and tells me there is no electricity coming to my unit and I need to call an electrician. I get an electrician to come out that same day and he tells me there are no electrical problems.
At the bare minimum your company should refund me for the bogus electrician your tech had me call.
I'm now out $65 for your company to shrug your shoulders and say call an electrician and $60.77 for an electrician to shrug his shoulders and say call a heat and air guy.....meanwhile it's still freezing in my house bc we're in the middle of winter and I have no heat.
Update: They did comp the cost of the electrician as well as the initial service charge off my total bill for a new gas valve the next tech was able to determine I needed
This company does have a lot of positive reviews, guess I just got a dud for a tech the 1st go round -
this review isnt based on their service its just more based on their pricing.
i own rental properties and the renter wasnt happy my normal ac guy couldnt get there for another day so he took it upon themselves to call anytime. guy showed up when he said he was and did what he could but we needed a new unit so he could only service it so much
anytime quoted me about 9500 for a new unit after a 15 percent discount
my normal guy who i always use quoted me 6300 (pinnacle heating and air). on top of that he went up to a 3 ton (old one was a 2 ton) so he charged me less for a bigger unit (anytime was putting a 2 ton in)
im sure their service is fine however if you need any major repairs i would highly advise you to look somewhere else. i own/ manage 25 properties across 2 states been doing it for 10 years now and can tell you from experience their price is insane
also im dropping a star because when they guy called me to ask if i had time to look at the quote, when he figured out i wasnt buying and explaining that their price was absolutely insane he hung up on me -
Steve is the most professional and courteous person I’ve ever had to do work in my home. He is an expert and ensures that he explains everything about the work he is going to do so that you are aware of costs and options. He ensures that the job is completed quickly and right. I can’t thank home and Anytime Heating & Air for their great service.

UPDATE:
I posted a disappointed review on here two days ago and would like to update it. Robert came out last weekend when the AC in our getaway house was not cooling. He was very nice, but unfortunately our unit was too far gone for the new capacitor he installed to do any good. We didn’t realize it wasn’t cooling until after we paid $424 and he left. Thankfully, we heard back today and they are going to refund all but the $99 service fee. Good resolution. -
Randall and his partner from Anytime heating and air did an excellent job. I really do appreciate him coming through and being very professional getting the job done quickly and I’m no longer sweating in my house. I really appreciate him and his partner. Our air went out on both floors of our home and Matthew came out and absolutely fixed everything in a timely, thorough, and efficient manner. He kept us informed along the way and gave us immediate peace of mind upon his arrival. If we ever have issues in the future, we would definitely want him back again to help us. He was very professional, personable, and explained everything in a way that we could understand with ease. The system was already working even before he left!!!

Steve is awesome. Very knowledgeable, easy going, and takes pride in his work. I would recommend Steve for any plumbing needs. I’ll be counting on him for my water heater replacement.

Terry and Charlie took great care of me during my AC outage. I’ve had mediocre service from my last maintenance provider and I was a little skeptical of trying Anytime Heating. After the first few minutes I knew I was in great hands. Both were very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to check on my units. I really appreciate them being thorough, honest, and explaining things along the way. I could tell that they both had years of experience. They fixed the problem the same day. Anytime did an exceptional job hiring these two. I even signed up for the maintenance plan because of them. Their repair cost is a little high, but I told myself I was paying for great service and that helped ease me. Now I get to sit back and enjoy my AC.

Why I’m leaving 1 star:
1. No accountability – A mistake made during their own maintenance visit led to a major Freon leak, but instead of owning it, they gave excuses and contradictions.
2. Overpriced repairs – Quoted us $2,000+ for a service valve replacement and Freon refill at nearly $95/lb—way above fair market pricing.
3. Trust broken – Tried to upsell a full system replacement before even inspecting the problem, and shifted blame instead of addressing the issue honestly.
STORY TIME:
In June 2025, we had a clog in our upstairs unit and called ANYTIME. They advised that instead of just clearing the clog, it would be better to handle it as part of a summer maintenance checkup since it had been over two years since we had maintenance. That sounded reasonable, so we agreed.
Nick, the tech, came out, cleared the clog, and did the routine maintenance. I specifically mentioned that this clog had been cleared before, and he even commented that there was “a lot in there” but reassured us we should be good now. He then moved outside to our compressors, finished up, and everything seemed fine.
Fast forward to October 18, 2025—just four months later. My parents were visiting and staying upstairs. The thermostat was set at 70 but the temperature kept climbing to 77. My father, who has been in construction for 40+ years, immediately spotted Freon oil all over the compressor. He told me it looked like the service valve had been mishandled, causing a Freon leak.
We called ANYTIME again, and they sent out Alex the next day. Before even inspecting the unit, Alex suggested we should just replace the whole system for $3K–$4K. Then when he actually looked at the compressor, he immediately said, “Who last touched this? The valve is screwed on too tight, and that’s causing the leak.” But as soon as he realized we’d had their tech out four months ago, he backtracked and said he’d need to charge $250 for an “inspection” to be sure. My wife pointed out he had literally just identified the issue, but he insisted. We agreed, and five minutes later he confirmed exactly what he had already said—the valve was on too tight and caused the leak.
We lost 9 pounds of Freon. Their quote was outrageous: $900 to replace the valve, $250 for the first pound of Freon, and $750 for the remaining eight pounds—coming out to nearly $95 per pound, which is way above market rate. So essentially, we were being asked to pay $2,000+ for an issue that only existed because their own technician was the last person to service the unit.
When I pushed back, Alex tried to suggest this could have been a “2-year leak.” That’s simply not possible—my father confirmed leaks like this happen within days or months depending on severity. If it really had been ongoing for two years, it absolutely would have been caught by Nick during the June maintenance.
Later, Alex called his service manager, who shifted the story again, saying “well, it’s an old unit, these things just happen.” That’s not accurate either—these valves don’t just go bad on their own. Mishandling is what causes them to leak.
To top it off, the manager later told us the repair “isn’t guaranteed” because metal shards might fall in during the replacement. That’s true of any valve replacement, but if done properly by a skilled technician, it’s not an issue. It felt more like an excuse than a solution.
In the end, they waived the $250 inspection fee, but that doesn’t fix the bigger problem: lack of ownership. Even if this was an honest mistake, a trustworthy company would acknowledge it and work with the customer on a fair resolution. Instead, we got contradictions, finger-pointing, inflated pricing, and a push to replace an entire system rather than address the actual issue.
We will not be using ANYTIME again. HVAC companies deal with people’s homes and families—it requires trust. After this experience, I don’t trust them. Mistakes happen, but when they do, own it and make it right. -
Thank goodness Eric Boud is back!!! I had taken a sabbatical (did not renew my contract) from Anytime due to the previous technician that had “replaced” Mr. Boud. I heard that Mr. Boud had returned and immediately set up an appointment to reestablish service. Mr. Boud came to my residence and my faith in the company’s integrity was restored. Thank you Mr. Boud for your professionalism and dedication to your profession. I will be requesting you as my tech going forward! Thank you!!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to share my great experience with Marlen from Anytime Heating & Cooling. He recently installed a new AC unit at my home and went above and beyond every step of the way.
Marlen was patient, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He even gave me helpful tips on keeping the system running strong something he didn’t have to do but really showed how much he cares about his customers.
Diego assisted with the install and was great too, but Marlen truly made the experience exceptional. His professionalism and attention to detail are a great reflection of both himself and Anytime Heating & Cooling. Highly recommend asking for Marlen if you need any AC work done! -
This is an ongoing review and will hopefully be re-reviewed to five stars rather than ‘minus more stars’. I chose these guys based on the sales pitch, name brand, and specs of the unit. What I wasn’t prepared for is the exit of my initial comfort advisor in the middle of the job. I wasn’t informed or handed off etc. Just ignored texts for a few days until I had to call the answering service and hold for live rep and then wait for live rep to speak with someone else and back again and repeat. No time for this, and I shouldn’t have to be the one who calls when there are vent covers missing etc to ask when I might see the crew again to finish the very expensive job. Install mgr wasn’t available to call me and they don’t do things easy like email and text. Just answering services and many middle men. I’d not recommend them as of now but I’m hoping they’ll fix all this since my job is only halfway done. Terrible communication so far.

ANYTIME's technician Nick diagnosed our 23 year old Lennox furnace, and the repairs would have run just under $2K.
Salesperson Dylan came out later the same day and gave options on a whole new system.
Chris & Mike arrived the next morning with the new HVAC system, and did a remarkable job of replacement.
I didn't realize just how inefficient the old system was compared to this new system. The output air is noticeably warmer than before.
One of the things that stood out in all of this was how gentlemanly and polite each of the ANYTIME Employees were, something I'm not used to these days.
Furthermore, I felt that the installers, Chris and Mike were very trustworthy, something else that I'm not use to these days...
After nearly three decades of working in Residential Remodeling and Construction, and dealing with a lot of different HVAC companies, I've scaled back to basic home repairs.
All said, I Highly Recommend ANYTIME for any of your HVAC needs. I sensed just from this experience that the Top Management has a very high standard on who they allow to represent them.
Well done, ANYTIME!
