Recently, E. Dennis Plumbing came out to my house to fix some bathroom sinks and replace a kitchen sink. They sent Owen to my home to help us out and he was amazing. He was on time, friendly, professional, and did a great job with our projects. He fixed our bathroom sinks and replaced the kitchen sink and we are very pleased with the end result. We have used E. Dennis multiple times in the past and will continue to use them when needed in the future.

Guilhermo Lacasa was such a professional! He didn’t mince words describing the situation or try to upsell more than we needed. He was kind, trustworthy and knowledgeable while ensuring the work was completed efficiently. The company is stronger with him on the team without doubt.

Alain did an outstanding job fixing the leak in my home. He arrived on time, diagnosed the issue, and explained everything clearly before getting to work. The repair was done professionally, and the quality shows — no more leaking at all. He was respectful of my home, and the pricing was fair. I highly recommend Alain to anyone who needs reliable, skilled plumbing work done right the first time.

My technician Rafael was great! Very knowledgeable, he explained the issues we had, before resolving the issue. He also walked us through setting up a maintenance agreement with the company. He is the reason for the five star review.

I had a very good experience with the E. Dennis company and I live in Douglasville, Ga. I dealt with three different facets of this company.

First, Ahmed came out and gave me an estimate for repairs on my furnace. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and informative.

Secondly, Michael came out and gave me an estimate on replacing my outlets and switches. I can say the say for Michael as I did for Ahmed and he was very patient as well.

Finally, I decided not to repair my furnace but to replace it as you can see from the pictures it was very old. Jacob installed my furnace. The price was great and came with a 10 year warranty on parts and a one year warranty on labor. All the guys were friendly and
took their time explaining different processes. And, more importantly gave me options ….I like
to have options to make a reasonable decision
Auto do something now or for the long term.
I trust these guys and this company is like a
one-stop shop for air conditioning, plumbing

Dalton was fair, honest & knowledgeable. He discovered our septic tank is full and needs draining, and that if we still had our shower drain backing up, he would come back and fix it.

He didn’t try to make an unnecessary repair and guided me to resolving the issue.

Plan on using him and him and E.Dennis in the future

My heat went out and researched several companies. I settled on E. Dennis and glad I did! The tech that came out Jaryl Obie was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave me several recommendations and walked me through every step of the process. I would highly recommend the company and Jaryl!

Otniel was a pleasure to work with. He was polite, punctual, and very respectful throughout the process. The contract work itself was performed by Jamie Blackstock, who did an excellent job and demonstrated strong professionalism and attention to detail. Together, they made the entire experience smooth and hassle free. I would highly recommend E Dennis LLC to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy licensed contractor.

Had some issues with the customer service and annual program. When I needed some work on the heater, Dan and Dale worked with me on the issue and exceeded my expectations for remediation. They have restored my faith back into the preventive maintenance program and overall commitment to customer satisfaction. I recommend E Dennis for all of your plumbing, HVAC and electrical work.

Michael and Caleb come early and on time, even when it was heavy thunderstorm raining these two young men really impressed me with the quality and excellent with the work and completion of my two car loft garage, the wiring and lighting inside and out was done very professionally. The price I was given was great even the additional wiring I realized I need they completed the job. E Dennis is the company to call for all your electrical needs, in todays market it's hard to find reliable employees and a great company that really puts customers first. I just posted some of the work done.

Nghia was excellence. He was very professional and friendly There was a problem with the tank and he had to return it and come back to my house. The job was suppose to take 2 hours but lit was 5 hours. Cody explained the issues with the hot water heater. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I would recommend Dennis A/C Plumbing to my friends.

Guillermo was great! He was quick with his service, polite, accommodating, very knowledgeable and informative. Very friendly and felt comfortable with him inside the home with my family. I would definitely recommend using him and plan to use him again for any plumbing needs in the future.

Great experience with Guillermo, and grateful for 10/10 service as always! He sorted all of our needs and addressed areas we didn’t even know were damaged. As parents of young children we feel safer and more comfortable now we have the problem solved

Update 7/28: we were told by our tech that there was a leak in our basement that needed to be tackled before “more black mold” grew at the back of the kitchen sink cabinet. A restoration company, which I believe is linked to E Dennis is who they sent out, and our experience was that quite different from the previous ones.
This restoration company (again, I believe is directly affiliated) sent out two individuals to “assist in preventing the leak from further damage..” without notifying us or giving us a heads up that it would mean ripping up our kitchen floor all around the main access points to things we need to use on a daily basis, & tearing out our cabinets, drawers, and dishwasher (it’s been almost a week). Even yesterday when they came to remove the equipment they had been using to fan/dry out the areas that were damp, they gave us no indication as to when we can expect to have our kitchen restored to how it was (remember, this is a “restoration” company), and that they were just there to pick up the equipment. No follow up regarding the replacement of our kitchen. Just a sink full of hand washed dishes waiting to be put though the machine and a ripped up floor with no drawers or cabinets to access what we need. If I had known this about the affiliate company, I probably would have veered towards one that was independent and not just another sales driven company with little care. Shoe covers weren’t worn maybe 50% of the time (although we specifically requested for this due to our crawling baby) and the follow up notes definitely overstated the work they did. I will post this review on the restoration page too.

P.S. there was NEVER any black mold

Recently, E. Dennis replaced the hot water heater. The technician - Guiilermo Lacasa - approached the effort diligently and confidently.
He kept me constantly informed of what he was doing, ensuring I was an integral part of the solution. Guillermo presented all pricing and costs information in a clear and concise manner.

Jaryl Obie and his partner arrived on time. They called me and left a voicemail to let me know they were on the way. Jaryl quickly and clearly explained the problem and what he would need to do to fix it. The issue was promptly fixed and now I have heat again. Very professional and courteous. Would recommend.

We had an excellent experience with E. Dennis and especially with Guillermo Lacasa. Our pressure regulator failed and our water heater was leaking — and this all happened on a Sunday. We were able to make a same-day appointment, and the dispatcher called within 30 minutes to confirm timing and let us know Guillermo would be on his way.

Before he arrived, we were texted a photo of him, which made me feel safe and reassured. Guillermo showed up right on time, was incredibly professional, and so kind and friendly. He took the time to educate us about the two separate issues we were facing, explained what was happening in clear terms, and helped us choose the replacement water heater that best fit our family’s hot-water needs. Even though it was a Sunday, he stayed into the night to make sure we had hot water before he left. That level of care and dedication is rare these days.

We are so grateful for the professionalism, communication, and compassion we received. Five stars don’t feel like enough — highly recommend E. Dennis and Guillermo for any plumbing needs!

Kobe was excellent. He was very helpful, professional and kind. He was here late on Friday and still took his time to check and make sure our HVAC was running correctly. We switched to E Dennis Plumbing and Electrical last year for our water heaters and every time someone has come we have been extremely happy with their service. I will recommend them anytime.

I’ve worked with Guillermo Lacasa & the E. Dennis team on multiple occasions for plumbing work, and their work has been outstanding every time. Guillermo’s customer service, knowledge, and overall communication are truly phenomenal. Five stars all the way — highly recommend!

I’ve been waiting over 5 months for this company to complete a project they started in my home in May 2025. It is still unfinished today 10/21/2025. Leaving me with a large hole in my wall.
They put in a new larger electrical panel and my breaker still trips, I was assured that would not be an issue.
They have come back twice to charge me for services that were supposed to be including. One being an HVAC cleaning that was allegedly included in the $6,000 worth or work I purchased. After the cleaning was done I was charged a fee. A second individual came drained the antifreeze out of my HVAC system and quoted me over 10k to fix it. I got a second opinion, once the antifreeze that was previously drained was replaced my HVAC system was working fine. I expected timeliness and efficiency from this company and have been very disappointed so far. I will not use this company again

I have to say E. Dennis has 4 star customer service representatives and I don’t want this to fall back on them, they were very sympathetic and helpful, however…

I am very disappointed in E. Dennis as a whole. The first time I called them out for the $80 tech fee for diagnosing an issue, the technician said he “got in a work flow and just went ahead and did it” and promptly handed me an iPad saying I owed them nearly $400.

I paid it, because what else was I supposed to do? then called my husband, who was not home at the time, and he was *very* upset and said if I didn’t call the company he would, so I called, in tears, and they said someone would call me back soon.

I’m actually glad they didn’t call me back for several hours(I called at 12 and I didn’t actually talk to a manager until almost 6, I had to call a total of 3 times) because I had long enough to find out the problem was *not* fixed.

Once I did get on the phone with someone, they were apologetic, sweet, and said this isn’t how they did business, so they refunded $300 of the money, and said they would send a different tech out the next week to reassess, for free.

Color me surprised when I get the text saying that the same exact technician was coming out. I called my husband, and he came home from work to just be in the house, because I got this man in trouble, I don’t know him, and unfortunately we live in a world where that was enough to freak me out.

What’s worse though, he “diagnosed” the problem, but phrased it in a way that made it seem like he didn’t know what the problem was, but that that was the start to figuring it out. Which… sure. Okay. But then he got the quotes out… $1200, $850, $400. The $400 option? Just using a fancy shop vac (something me and my husband did before he arrived the first time) to clean the water out of the drip pan and replacing the float sensor (something that takes 10 minutes and cost $50)

I took their “diagnosis”, some pictures of the unit, and asked around my community for who they use for HVAC, bc this didn’t seem right. I was honestly about to try and fix it myself, but rather quickly, I had the kindest man on the phone explaining exactly what he saw in the pictures, telling me that I was over quoted by nearly $400(for the $850 one specifically because he said we didn’t need the extras in the $1200), plus that the part they recommended? Was undersized for my unit. So it wasn’t going to fix it anyway.

I keep getting texts from them as well asking if I want a payment plan or to discuss options, and no, I don’t want to have anything to do with this company ever again. I feel like they’re robbing people with their prices in a time when everyone is struggling. Again, the woman who helped me and refunded me the charge from the work I didn’t even get a chance to authorize, thank you, but everything else? Sad.

And this is a non-issue, now, but was salt in the wound, the tech left all his water bottles and trash in the attic when he left. The picture attached is one taken after he left the second time and my husband climbed up there to get a picture.
