Wow…you can’t buy routine maintenance/wear items without a license. So 3 sheet metal screws and one electrical connection requires a “licensed contractor” to install a $50 part and up charge me $750. I’m so thankful that auto parts stores still allow us to buy spark plug wires and oil without being ASC certified!!! What’s next…can’t buy a mower without a mowing the lawn license?

They don’t know how to show up for scheduled repairs and don’t even bother to call. Called MYSELF and was told another time. Spent my entire day waiting not being able to leave my house that had no AC and here I sit without air conditioning still.
