Great Professional People!! I encountered a heating problem on a cold Saturday night, so I googled local heating and air companies and came across Berry Good Heating and Air. The dispatcher that I spoke to was very polite and patient with me due to the fact I couldn’t really explain the problem, he then explained that he could get a technician out to me within 40 min. And in exactly that time frame I had a technician at my front door. The gentleman was very knowledgeable, friendly and assessed the problem efficiently and in a timely manner. 2nd times a charm, We appreciate Berry Good for the fast and reliable service we received. Woke up one morning with a flooded garage and downstairs area bc our hot water heater burst. Justin and his crew delivered a new 50 gallon tank within just a few hours. We had to deal with the other house issues later. But we felt more at ease knowing that was taken care of. Called berry after ac went out. My unit was only 3 yrs old at the time. He charged me almost $500 for “compressor “ when come to find out that wasn’t the issue at all!! My ac went out again 5 days later and then had a backed up water drain in my attic from the unit. Fortunately another contractor came out and immediately flushed my drains.
Not sure why this company charged me this amount. But I found out they weren’t even licensed at the time after the second contractor came out. I was single at the time and desperate because my ac went out on Saturday. They took advantage of this saw a woman and charged for something that didn’t even replace!
Don’t recommend at all.

Berry Good came to the rescue when my hot water heater was leaking. Of course it had to be replaced. They were able to take care of it quick considering it was later in the afternoon and I wasn’t sure if I was going to have hot water that night. The tech that came out was very respectful and knowledgeable. They are reasonable with their pricing too. I will call them again if I need to! Thank you, Berry Good!
