Absolutely do not recommend this company. Used their HVAC guy for years (not their mold assessment), only to find out that he had never properly assessed our homes needs. We called a second and third company and had independent assessments from them and they both told us that the same thing was wrong, whereas this company had done an assessment and said that everything was perfectly fine despite our ongoing issue. This was an issue we had for YEARS! When I asked him follow up questions based on the other two reports, he became defensive and extremely disrespectful to me in my own home. Kindly asked him to leave. We tried reaching the owner to convey our disappointment and complaint against his HVAC tech and never received a call back. This company is shady and unprofessional. Majorly recommend Estes or Holkamp.

I just wanted to brag on Alex Hallford who came to my house to test my air quality. He's extremely smart, nice, and helpful. I appreciate everything he told me about and the report he wrote. And I must give Jennifer Breese a big shout out too, because she is such a nice and helpful Client Coach! She is perfect for her job and this company is lucky to have both Alex and Jennifer. My daughter has been experiencing progressively worse health issues since moving into her home. Her physician after exhausting all other options suggested having the air quality tested for issues. Alex came out and did extensive testing and the resulting news was not good due to extremely high levels of mold contamination. He led us through the path to start repairs to the HVAC system and mold remediation. The work she contracted for was done in a timely and professional manner. Healthy Air USA was a blessing to a very sick young woman and her worried mother. I would recommend them very highly.

I had been dealing with horrible allergies and rashes. I discovered several things that were likely contributing to my symptoms, one of which was the mold Healthy Air found. All the staff are professional and they took their time to educate me about how to keep my home’s air quality healthy. I can’t say that all my symptoms were contributed to mold and dust, but I’m feeling much better since Healthy Air performed their services.

He shoots straight, there's no run around, no attempt to upsale...he always honest and he's taken care of my system, diagnosed my issues and set me up for success for almost ten years. When Alex came out to test for mold and the source of it, he was on time, very knowledgeable and informative. He told me things I could do own my own and not have to pay someone to do. Healthy Air USA provides high-quality professional service with knowledgeable and friendly people that are respectful to me and my home. They were recommended by my doctor several years ago after I had a burst water line and the resultant mold. After a thorough and detailed analysis, the entire HVAC / AC system was replaced, ducts were cleaned and sealed, an ionizer and large filter were installed. I utilize the spring and fall maintenance plan, in which they check and clean everything and replace that large filter (once a year). I'm grateful to the Healthy Air USA team and for the peace of mind they provide to improve my health and wellness.
