I had family visiting from out of town and being the procrastinator that I am, I waited until the very last minute to figure out the cleaning of my home. I was pretty frantic because I just didn’t have time to do the work myself. I called them and explained the situation and they were able accommodate me on short notice. Communication was quick & easy. The team arrived on time, they were friendly, and informative. The actual cleaning service was impeccable. They had so much attention to detail and little touches here and there that really made it seem like they not only cleaned, but they took care of my home. I have since signed up for bi-weekly cleanings with them. I highly recommended this company.

We are a new entity for this cleaning company. After our first cleaning, we were not completely satisfied but when we passed along our feedback, they took notes. Our second cleaning was definitely an improvement. They took our business and our feedback seriously and made up for it. They are a great value. I recommend giving them a shot at cleaning your business.

Jan-Pro Atlanta has been a nightmare from the start. We hired them to clean our large healthcare clinic. Among the problems were:
-Cleaning was so poor that we complained almost every time. Floors were left unswept, bathrooms were uncleaned.
-They did not show up on the designated day bur would show up the next day at random times.
-They gave our key to random individuals who were not contracted with us and who were not contracted with Jan-Pro.
-Our cleaner changed 4 times in 18 months with no prior notification.
-They set off our alarm 4 times which resulted in a $50 charge from the county each time along with trips from us (the owners) at very inconvenient times.
-We notified them that we wished to cancel services but they refuse to return our key and showed up to "clean" after termination. We still do not have our key back.
-Their customer service was some of the worst I've seen. They never improved their service and were downright rude and condescending.
-They have been rude to employees and patrons of our business on numerous occasions.
-One operator took a product from our shelves and never paid for it.
-We have owned our own business for 27 years and are appalled at the actions of this company.

DO NOT use this unethical, unprofessional, unqualified company.

BGH cleaning Services, (Sabina Agyarko) is a terrific cleaning company and the owner is personable and professional, and responds quickly to all inquiries we may have. Her staff is detail oriented, organized, and timely. They keep our centers looking and smelling great.
