The cleaning staff is very nice and they work extremely hard. The three lady team arrived on time and did a thorough clean and got in those hard to reach spots. When an issue arose with management, they were kind and resolved.

I was so excited when my husband offered to get us help with cleaning the house while I was pregnant and our twins were little- I just knew it was going to take so much stress off of me and I was looking forward to a nice clean house! Imagine my disappointment when choosing Bright Touch Maids simply meant more hassle. I had to call after their very first visit- not only did they neglect to change our linens and wash (as we were told) ,didn't bother to sweep/mop under our tables (which was obvious by the line of dust that you could see) but they actually charged me for "extra time" that it took them to do everything! We also have a security system that allowed us to know exactly how long they were at our home, and it was "fudged" a bit. Customer Service refunded the money and assured me it was just a new person and it wouldn't happen again- well I should have gone with my gut and stopped services then. Once in a while our home would be fully cleaned but the majority of the time it seemed like they just cut corner and left things out. The last time they serviced our home the girl practically did nothing- this was it for us and we went with another company. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Originally, this company came back and did a poor job cleaning our house. We complained about the house not being adequeately cleaned. The owners went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure that we were completely satisfied with our service. This is a wonderful company. I will continue to use this company and I will certainly be recommending them to others!
