Jan Pro is by far one of the best janitorial cleaning services we have ever hired. Their dedication to detail and customer service is unmatched. Anytime I have a question they have an answer with follow up solutions. I wish there were more stars to give them, but they definitely deserve five.

I obtained my franchise with Jan-Pro back in 2004 and my business continues to grow. l truly enjoy working with my business consultant Randy; He is relentless. And so is the Jan-Pro team. Everyone work hard as a team to get the job done. I trust and appreciate them.

Terrible they don’t clean what the salesman say they will. They will mop the floors and take out the trash all while leaving messes everywhere else. Cleaners are nice but don’t actually clean the things the salespeople say they will. Awful service with awful customer service.

Had a horrible experience with Jan-pro. There's no representation for the franchise owner when there's an issue with their accounts. Jan-pro charges the franchise owner exorbitant fees if you miss a day of cleaning without taking into consideration the surrounding circumstances of the absence. Jan-pro is only concerned with making money for Jan-pro and not the franchise owners. I would not recommend this company to anyone who's looing to invest in a commercial cleaning franchise.

This company is great to work with for Franchise owners to start their own Disinfecting and Cleaning Business. Their training technics are explicit and very helpful you will walk away knowing every aspect of how to be a successful Business Owner. Way to go Jan Pro for all your assistance in giving us the tools we need to be great.

We’ve been using Jan Pro for our cleaning services for several years now. Ms. Gleny and her family have become a part of our family! She’s always accommodating and works so hard to provide us with great service! Randy is always checking in to inspect our school based on the services we’re receiving, and just to check in and see how things are going. We love that they are always just a phone call away to answer any questions or to mention any special request to meet our needs.

We use Jan Pro to help us with deep cleaning our restaurant. They are always super helpful. They even come to the store sometimes to make sure we are happy with the service.

Previous company we contracted with didn’t do a great job cleaning our office space. They came in and we could tell the difference immediately. Very well detailed!! Highly recommend them.

I love our cleaning crew. They are friendly, respectful and trustworthy people. They take care of all departments with no hessitation. They have a dependable service crew there is no job too touch they leave us daily with clean office.

It was a rocky start and took several visits to get a cleaning that was even remotely professional in execution earlier this year. But then any time there was a substitute janitor it was worse than if we just skipped those weeks and cleaned ourselves with incomplete cleanings and products used incorrectly leaving excessively sticky floors that became ice with a drop of water on them or attracting dirt like a glue trap. Most recently no one showed for 2 weeks in a row, texts went unanswered and no one from JanPro reached out to notify us of a change in personnel or what our expectations should be. They promised a visit by the end of the third week only to be ghosted again meaning 3 visits missed in a row! On the 4th week someone visited from JanPro (their HQ is only 2 miles from us) that was not a janitor so again no cleaning. At this time we said this is unacceptable and to terminate services/never contact again. Well now two weeks later they want the remainder of a service contract paid in whole when they can't even attempt to perform the services they contracted to do for the past month. Be very wary of this organization, they are incompetent at best in all of our interactions both in execution of cleaning standards and managing their accounts with 1-2 week lag times in correspondence. It would be ill advised to sign any contract with this organization, integrity is everything and we've not experienced that what so ever. At this time they owe us for 2 pre-paid cleanings that were never performed. The right thing to do would be apologize and send a refund check, not try to collect on an unenforceable contract with documented repeated deficiencies which is the reason this review is now here.

Please let them know that Mr. Kennedy has been doing a consistently awesome, amazing & fantastic job with cleaning our event center venues for the past couple of years. He is always professional, friendly and pays attention to detail. I have never had one complaint with is cleaning services. Our venues always look beautiful and the number one compliment we get from our clients is that the venue is always looks and smells so clean.
