The plumber sent by Swift Brothers was great. He fixed the toilet at our neighborhood clubhouse. He also tested and adjusted the water pressure and inspected the other toilets and faucets. Their rates are reasonable too!

Pascual is always prompt and very professional. He throughly diagnosed my HVAC system issue. He informed me that the issue I reported must have been due to a commercial power outage. No active problem was found. Thank you for your quick response.

Had a leak in the supply line to my house flooding my yard and called Swift Bros to have a look. They told me that the supply line from my meter to the house would need to be replaced. I expected a few days wait and a major disaster in my yard and my finished basement (where the line comes into the house). They completed the work the next day with minimal disruptions. The yard looks great, and they did not have to cut any of my walls! The entire team was a pleasure to work with, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Once again I called Swift for another Cobb County crummy copper water leak repair and I am again totally satisfied with their work. They are responsive, arrive when promised and do superior work at a fair and reasonable price. Highly recommend

Called to get a quote for re-plumbing the old pipes in our small 60 year old home. Service Tech set up the appointment time to come out and provide me with estimate. Tech made the appointment but failed to arrive within the time set.
I had to call & complain. Tech came out and looked at our crawl space to see what we needed.
The quoted for work that we did not need like change out our 6 month old instant on Hot Water Heater and repipe the house. Their estimate was for $12,000, twice the amount of our highest estimate. All estimates exempt this company were arounf $4500. I sent a message to notify the company of the issues and the need of a possible re-quote. Sarah texted me and told me she would look into this matter re-quote the work.
2 weeks later no action was taken.they have miscommunication issues with service and are extremely high priced. I do not recommend!

We had roofing, windows, a sky light, and soffit work. The work from start to finish was professionally and efficiently done. The communication was superb letting us know who was coming and when all the way through the final pickup excess materials. We are extremely pleased and would highly recommend Swift Brothers.

Every time I need anything HVAC related, for both my customers or my own home, I always reach out to them. Jim is wonderful in getting things done in a timely manner. Always very professional and reliable.

We scheduled a health check up for our HVAC with Swift a couple of weeks ago. Rudy showed up right on time. He was very professional, through in his work and gave us a good update on the status of our system. I highly recommend Rudy and Swift for any of your Heating and Air Conditioning needs.

Rudy is a very knowledgeable heating and cooling tech. Glad he was able to come out and get things going right with my system. Happy he is with Swift Brothers for my repairs.

Billy, the technician, came out to our house as promised and realized very quickly he did not have the proper tools to unclog our cast iron drainage pipe. He indicated he could come out the next day with a moderate sized drill driven snake but was unable to unclog the cast iron pipe clog. He was honest and hinted we might get a second opinion as he did not have the tools such as a plumbing camera and possibly a jetter to diagnose & clear a cast iron pipe clog.

We were able to find another company that had experience in fixing and replacing cast iron pipe plumbing issues

CJ did exactly what I was hoping he would do. He called ahead, arrived on time, made suggestions on how to fix my leaking tub. He finished quickly, cleaned his mess and invoiced the project. I highly recommend these guys. Thanks CJ for a job well done.

Patrick is awesome! I had an emergency gas leak and he was there pronto. He quickly identified the problem and made thoughtful, educated long lasting repairs to the system. I am very impressed by him and will ask for him specifically for any future plumbing needs.

We are very grateful too have Jeremy and Rudy the next day is very impressive come out giving ;we have a 4 year old with special needs. Having difficulty times is hard,I wish their more truthful technicians like Jeremy,Rudy. They were swift lol! Thank you for helping our family’s house out and taking customer service too first! Many company’s don’t! I’ll admit I don’t know much anymore like I did. Trust and first impressions are everything.

Jeremy arrived quickly and at the time he said he would arrive. He quickly diagnosed my problem then had the office order the part.
Today, the technician arrived at the time he said he would, then installed the fan motor quickly resulting in warm heat to my home. Both technicians were very friendly and professional.

Heater on HVAC was turning on and off. Called Swift Brothers and they (Jim) immediately came out. Jim located the potential issue and it was quickly resolved.
Very appreciative of the service provided.

12/30/25 update:
We have a very old system and it finally went. Jeremy came out and gave a very detailed explanation of what unit was best for our home. Service was immediate and very responsive.

We had a furnace system go out at a short term rental house in Georgia. Jeremy was able to diagnose the issue with the heating system and offer a solution. He sent pictures to us so we could see the unit, and he was available for a phone call when we had additional questions. Pascoual did the installation on the next business day (as I understand ). He was also nice enough to call and let me know it was completed , so we could inform our next guests. Excellent customer service.

They can out on Sunday morning for a sewer back up. Not ideal timing. They arrived early, found the issue and were very informative on next steps/options. Highly recommend.

We received prompt service from Plumb Medic. Nick, our technician, was knowledgeable, professional, and spent the time necessary to answer all of our questions and concerns. Their fees are very reasonable, and we will continue to use them in the future and recommend them to friends and family.

On a Sunday night round 11 pm and I had water coming out of the bottom of my toilet so I scrambled to find a plumber. I randomly chose Plumb Doctor based on the high reviews and I am so lucky I did. Brandon, the owner, told me what to do to stop more water from coming out and the next day, Cody came out to snake and camera my system. He found the clog which ended up being a tree root ball so he set up the team to dig up my yard to come the next day. I also had him check my water pressure because I always thought it was high. Not only did he check it but also checked my water heater and found that the expansion tank was installed incorrectly which was the main culprit along with the PRV. Very thorough and was able to explain and show to me what the issue was.

The next day, Tim and Cameron came out to replace the piping that had the root ball. They got that taken care of, but Cody told them to camera the rest of the system as well just to be sure. Low and behold, there was another root ball at the connection to the city pipe cause by lazy installation by the home builders. Tim and Cameron were at my house all day and were able to take care of both blockages so I could use water that night. Tim is also a master of the Bobcat and contoured my front lawn, which is far from flat, and made it look good (minus not having grass).

Cody came the next day, which was his earliest availability, and replaced the expansion tank and the PRV. The work he did made the original job look like a joke. He also provided me options for quality/price for the PRV and suggested the best quality option for my needs. He did not even try to up sell me on the highest end PRV, which he said was overkill as I only have 2.5 bathrooms.

The transparency and honesty of Plumb Doctors has made this horrible experience much less worse and they have definitely earned a place as my go-to plumbers. A++

These guys were great! They came out on Christmas Eve, tried calling other companies as well and no one would answer their phone. They answered right away and came out within a couple hours. They found the leak had the parts with them and repaired everything that day. Great service I will be using them for any future repairs.
