I had an excellent experience with Plumb Doctor, thanks to Matthew! Not only is he a highly knowledgeable technician, but he is also an honest and genuinely good person. He was incredibly kind and patient, taking the time to explain the necessary repairs on several major items in my new home. I even asked if I could shadow him to learn more, and he graciously took on a ‘dad’ role, walking me through everything step by step.

Scheduling the work after receiving the estimate was quick and easy, and Matthew arrived on time, working efficiently to complete the job. His expertise, professionalism, and willingness to educate truly set him apart. I can’t thank him enough for his time and effort—I highly recommend Plumb Doctor and Matthew for any plumbing needs!

I can't speak highly enough about Plumb Doctor. Matt, Tim, Bryan, were among the best plumbers I've dealt with, and I've dealt with A LOT over the years. Responsive to my concerns and, unlike some others, willing to work with me to find the best solution. Professional, efficient, and very respectful of my property and yard. They replaced leaking outdoor water mains and also a leaking indoor pipe. Their prices were reasonable [included mains water non return valve etc at no addtnl cost]. I would gladly recommend them to anyone. Kudos guys.

We had a sewer line collapse at our home last week. It was an absolutely disgusting mess and I called the first plumber I saw online. I had an awful experience with that company ( not plumb doctor ). First they charged me $400 just to diagnose the problem and then they wanted another $13,000 to fix it. Luckily I decided to get a few more quotes. In total I had five different companies look at our collapsed line. Quotes ranged from $5,000 to $19,000 to fix. Ultimately I chose plumb doctor because the plumber, Jacob, was incredibly kind and took the time to explain everything to us. They were also one of the only companies that didn't try to upsell us on a million other fixes. While they weren't the absolute cheapest quote we got, they were pretty close.

We did run into a complication when they came to fix the sewer line. Plumb doctor was supposed to fix the problem the next day, but had mechanical issues with their excavator. We ended up having to wait another 3 days. While I was frustrated with the delay, the company went out of their way to make it right and keep us posted with the progress and scheduling. The owner even came to our house to apologize and talk us through what they could do in the meantime. He also gave us a significant discount for the delay. In the end, the job got done. The people were all nice and they did a great job. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy in the end. The owner even came back days later to clean our sidewalk, porch, and outdoor rugs of all the mud. Working with plumb doctor was like working with a small town business that really prides themselves in having a good name for delivering great service. We will use them again in the future and recommend them to everyone looking for a fair price and quality work.

Plumb Doctor saved us!!! We came home from a vacation to a broken service line and a flooding yard. Brandon and his team came out within hours of us calling and they put “all hands on deck” to get us squared away! We needed up having to run an entirely new line but that was a much better option than tearing up our driveway to repair the old one. He even helped me find an affordable landscaper to help repair the grass that got overturned from running the new line as well as the damage from the leak itself. The whole team was so professional, respectful, and they did an amazing job! Really grateful to have found them!

UPDATE:
First and foremost, I wrote "working my finance up" in the mindset that he was "up-selling" her on a service that we did not feel was needed by scaring her with an issue we were both upset about - the handyman was very respectful of my fiancé and kind while speaking with her, just overly pushy on the sale. I am sorry for those this may have concerned, and will do better to push my point across in the future.

I am changing my review score due to the incredible customer service, care to attention, and immediate response I received from the executive team and owner of Plumb Doctor. They called with their concerns, regarding my previous review, and wished to discuss the differences between the two stories received from their handyman and myself. To be honest, Plumb Doctor explained that their prices were considered fair to what they offered as a company, and that even thought the employee had stated that it could reach a ridiculous price, they would do their best to work out the most affordable option. They asked for photos of the mess, which is fair as we had started cleaning immediately after he left, but the photos we did have they explained it was their policy to remain tidy and that they would take more care in the future to ensure that trucks and employees were stocked with necessary cleaning materials.

My remaining concern is the vagueness of the associate that did write down a total between $3500 and $6500, but off record stated it "could be more;" and the untidiness and lack of cleanliness.. However, I stand by, that you will get what you paid for and in conclusion, it may be the best of the best, but our experience this time turned our services toward another company.

Seriously disgusted with the experience we had. We called the plumbing company on Sunday to get a quote and have someone come out, to assess a pretty serious plumbing issue, and they said they would make it out Tuesday. Well, they squeezed us in on Monday while I was at work and found out the guy was here working my fiance up, who works from home. He pulled up our toilet, put his filthy hands all over our clean walls, and made a complete mess of our bathroom. As if that isn't bad enough, he went down to the basement after snaking our now toilet-less hole in the floor, knowing our pipes were full of water, and opened an access valve letting all of the water drain on our floor and hitting the inside of our unfinished basement and insulation. Upon putting everything back he described we were looking at, "at worse an $8000" job for them to dig up our front yard to just see if there were roots going into our pipes. Clearly. we declined the job offer in which he let us know we would still owe him $600! We called 3 companies following him leaving and they all told us the guy was out of his mind! That he did not have to remove the toilet, that he should have cleaned up after himself or been better prepared for the job he was doing, and that they could look for roots in our pipes without it costing $8000.

I am seriously pissed off and overly disgusted with the job that was performed in our house and believe that you should definitely call around to other places, ask plenty and plenty of questions, and do not let anyone who "needs to see what they are handling first" do any job in your house without actually looking at the problem first.

We called to replace our 15 year old leaky water heater. In less than 48 hours, Cody had come to install a new one for us, and it took only a couple hours to complete. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable with over a decade of experience. He made sure the old one equipment was hauled away, and my basement was clean when he left. He also showed me what to do in case I ever saw any leaks in the future. I really appreciated the work done to restore my home. Thank you so much!

Replaced tankless system in home. Brain and Jake were phenomenal!! Friendly, answered/addressed all my concerns and questions I was having extensive trouble with previous unit. Did my research with other larger companies for a replacement services and other reviews did not measure up. Brian provided an estimate and stayed true. Reviewed product choices for my home. They were very timely, cleaned up and removed all debris. Questions addressed during install. Checked all faucets in home and overall was left reassured and feeling confident. Brian and Jake incredible and very professional team!! Stephanie in the office has also been extremely helpful! Highly recommended! 5 stars!!

We have had work done by the Plumb Doctor before and this most recent job was done just as well as the previous one. This should have been a 5-star review. The team that came to repair the hot water heater for the landlord were very professional and did a great job. I took away 2 stars because they left our back gate open when they were done, and my dogs got out this morning because of it. One of them was almost stuck by a car. I am not sure how this is a hard concept for people. Gate was closed when you arrived. Close it back when you leave.

Need a sewer vent pipe lowered to enable proper seating of dome cover. Fletcher came out same day I called and did an A+ job! He is super capable and would have him back anytime if other plumbing work needed on my home!

They come quick, and overall did the job they hired to do. With the price, I just couldn't afford the 2nd time. It was just outrageous with their charges. If not for emergency, I won't recommend them. Just with the visual inspection that cost that much, I will rather get some friend's referral instead plumb doctor.

I recently had a plumbing emergency. Plumb Doctor responded quickly and provided a temporary fix on a Sunday, Sewer line and water line replacement was necessary and was attended to within a few days, The workers were courteous and competent. I was very pleased and would highly recommend this company to anyone.

My elderly neighbor had a problem with her kitchen sink. On first visit there was an issue and they sent Fletcher to solve the problem and I was there when he was working on it. I was very impressed with Fletcher! He was determined to fix the issue and he worked hard to deal with a difficult clog in a >50 year-old drain. He has decades of experience and I could see it in the way he approached the problem. I can do basic plumbing/electrical but I learned a lot just watching Fletcher at work. I also appreciated his attitude to try to encourage my neighbor who was stressed by the situation. In the end, the job was well done and I would call Fletcher at Plumb Doctor first next time I have a plumbing issue! Thank you!

I'm extremely happy with the work Plumb Doc did for us. I worked specifically with Brian, and he's truly a salt-of-the-earth kind of guy. I genuinely enjoyed and appreciated his support throughout the entire process.

I originally contacted another company with higher online ratings, but they couldn't get anyone out the same day. I decided to give Plumb Doc a shot despite their slightly lower rating--and I'm really glad I did. The service I received was absolutely 5-star level.

Brian came out quickly and accurately diagnosed the issue: a pin-sized hole in one of the PVC pipes underground in our front yard that feeds the house. We had noticed water running down the driveway and weren't sure if it was just runoff from recent rain or a broken pipe, especially since temperatures had been below freezing.

Brian confirmed it was a leak by shutting off the water to the house and checking the meter--we were still using water.

From there, Brian walked me through multiple options, ranging from a full pipe replacement to a targeted repair. I was dealing with family health issues at the time and needed the fastest, least disruptive solution so I could focus on being at the hospital. Brian really stepped up. He suggested bringing in a leak-detection specialist using sonar equipment to pinpoint the exact location. It added a few hundred dollars upfront but would save time, money, and yard damage in the long run.

We went with that option, and it worked exactly as promised. That evening, a gas technician came out to mark the gas lines, the leak-detection team arrived the next morning, and Brian dug a very small area and replaced the damaged pipe on day two. He even worked past dark to finish the job. Plumb Doc handled everything--all scheduling, coordination, and follow-through. Brian personally made sure every vendor piece was handled correctly.

A few days later, after the clay had settled, Brian came back to fill in the hole--even though we had already paid. He even offered to buy a bag of mulch to cover the area, which we declined since we planned to re-mulch anyway.

The leak is fully fixed, no more water loss, and the price was completely reasonable.

Throughout the process, Brian kept me informed via text, sent photos, and made sure I always knew what was happening. Beyond the technical skill, he's just a genuinely good guy--someone you'd grab a beer with.

Too often, you talk to a company owner and then get sent a low-quality crew. That did not happen here.

I couldn't be happier with the service and would absolutely recommend Plumb Doc to friends and family. A lot of people give 5 stars for just expected service, so I want to make it clear that this job exceeded my expectations and truly earned their 5 stars.

My water service line in the front yard broke. Plumb Doctor had provided excellent service at my house before so I called them. They went out of their way to help me today! 8am phone call and Brandon answered immediately. Cody was here by 11am. We agreed the old PVC line was old and brittle since this is the 3rd break in 4 years(plus we discovered another repair later when digging). They gave me a fair price and were back by 2PM with utilities getting marked before they started trenching. I am grateful to them to have plentiful clean water flowing again! I also told Cody about my pressure regulator had failed twice in the last 4 years and he immediately knew to check the expansion tank. It had failed. Cody replaced that for me while he was here. Thanks also to Tim for his expertise and hard work. Both times I have used Plumb Doctor they have provided a quick response and quality work the same day I called in. Thank you gentlemen.
