Mr. Todd and Jamari was awesome and they knew their plumbing! Mr. Todd fix my inside problem and Mr. Jamari he cleaned out my sewer line. They were great! Each plumber was very detailed, professional, and explained things to me. I felt assured that my plumbing problem was solved! I would recommend Plumbers 4 Real to my friends and family. We had a plumbing blockage overflow, and we were assigned Plumbers 4 Real through our home warranty service. They were able to come on a Sunday, and our technician Jamari was very professional and did an excellent job fixing our issue. I would highly recommend Jamari and Plumbers 4 Real to take care of your plumbing needs.

My wife and I called Plumbers 4 Real to determine the source of a leak on 8/6. Jamari came out to inspect. He was very nice and prompt. His inspection was questionably quick and he said that the leak was due to a cracked service line. He quoted us $4,800 to replace the line. We put a $500 deposit down to secure the appointment as it was an emergency. We had another plumber come out to double check the source of the leak. He determined the leak was actually just a leaking toilet. The fix was just $280. We were quite frustrated that we were almost charged $4,800 for a service that was not needed and would not have fixed the issue. I emailed Jamari formally asking to resolve my grievance privately by asking for a refund of the $500 deposit. I always like to give someone the opportunity to make it right before making any judgments. I feel it is more than fair. After multiple follow ups I never received a response. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they never responded to them either. I would not recommend using them as they could cost you thousands without fixing the problem. I will happily update my review if the company reaches out and refunds my $500 in full.

Horrifying experience. Todd came to our place and tried to fix our sump pump in the basement. One minute after he got here, he turned on the sump pump with the lid OPENED, to try to “test the power”. We were standing right next to him saying the the power is functioning. He insisted to test and turned the pump on without notifying us, caused an explosion of black water.... bad experience.... Only five minutes of Plumbers 4 Real, we got a GROSS basement, lost $40, NO suggestions for fixing. We even had to clean up the mess with our paper towels!

To anyone who needs a for real plumber:

I was extremely desperate to find a licensed professional plumber when my water bill went from $40 each month to $300 to over $600 a month during a 3-month period. A friend highly recommended Plumbers 4 Real. He said they had recently completed a major plumbing repair job at his home. He noted that they did an excellent job at a reasonable price. So, I contacted them and I made an appointment to have someone come out the next day. Jamaree, the owner, showed up the next day, determined that I needed to replace the water line from the meter to the house, and provided a quote that same day. I agreed to what I considered a reasonable quote a week later and scheduled an appointment the following week to have the work done. Jamaree and his crew showed up on time and completed the project the same day as promised. He and crew put everything back that was disrupted to the point you couldn't tell that they had come to my home and completed such a major job in one day.

To conclude, my water bill is now back to normal. I highly recommend Plumbers 4 Real with no reservations whatsoever. They are indeed 4 Real.👍

Jamari was absolutely awesome! I appreciated his honesty from the jump! He knew I was very frustrated because I had just spent money on a new water heater. Jamari told me from the start that it would be best to get our water line re-routed to save money and time! On the day of service, it was raining a lot so Jamari was willing to reschedule our appointment to help protect my yard if I wanted to. I decided to keep the appointment and they did a great job of not making a mess of the yard. Jamari also moved pieces of our furniture in the garage to get to the water shut off valve. I appreciate great customer service! It’s rare to find great service with good prices! I highly recommend Plumbers 4 real because they are FO REAL!

I have used Plumbers 4 Real for several commercial jobs, and their service and response time is excellent. They have come through for us on several occasions, and gotten the job done right. They are not the cheapest service, but if you want it done right, you will go with Plumbers 4 Real. Any time we have an emergency or large job, Jamary is just a phone call away.

Jamari and his assistant were truly amazing. Replaced the water pressure tank in no time. Explained in detail and educated me as to the work that was done. Went above and beyond what I expected and for that I’m grateful. Told me what to look in preparation to correct the root of the problem which caused the leakage in the weakest part of this old unit. They were professionals in every sense of the word. An asset to the company they represent. I’ll certainly be requesting them by name in the near future. Plumbers 4 real came to my house to unclog my toilet, but instead, they broke the pipe. I have been trying to reach them every since. I paid $879.00 for them to break my pipe. I had to get another contractor to fix the broken pipe and reset the toilet. The cost for the job was $1000.00. I have called several times to get my money back, but there has been no response from the company. JAMARI was the technician who performed the job.

I called them for an emergency water line repair late in the evening, and they showed up within the hour! They were a lifesaver. Fast, efficient, and very polite. 10/10 service!

Do not let this people in!!! They will break more then they fix!!!! Brackets being loose and glues spilled all over the areas but they will not be responsible for all the wrongs they do. Please I advise you do not hire this people to fix your important home!!!!

Our hot water tank went out friday I called couple of places who couldnt come out for at least few days and the price quote for tank and installation was so much more my husband found Taylor's online and yes from the beginning to end everything was professional pricing was way better and they were able to come out the very next day I'm a happy customer thank you and just gave a coworker their info highly recommended
