DO NOT HIRE THEM! If I could give them ZERO Stars, I would!

Update: Just found out the Insurance Certificate they provide is NOT Valid! They gave an insurance certificate to my building and after calling the Insurance (Guard Insurance), they had actually canceled the Insurance before the service in our building.

I hired Taylor Plumbing to replace the water heater in my condo in Buckhead on 10/25/23. They were extremely unprofessional during the installation, failed to cover my washer, spilled heavy duty industrial glue on it, and decided to stand on it which ended up causing dents.

I had to chase them to come take a look (the first time they made us wait a whole afternoon and the next day showed up 2 hours late) and they brought an industrial solvent which further damaged the washer. After that they said they would let insurance handle it but then started giving me the run-around, would give excuses like the owner was traveling, would not pick up the phone, would say they would take care of us in a week, etc. To add insult to injury they refused to send my invoice and warranty information, even lying to my face saying they had emailed but didn't. Finally after 2 weeks I got the invoice after a real estate friend of ours who knows them convinced them to send it. I want to mention that Angie Taylor is the one who kept coming up with the excuses over the phone and lying blatantly.

As for the washer, they came again to install another water heater in my building and once we saw them and asked them to resolve the scenario today they became confrontational and aggressive (have it all recorded if they deny it) and started calling my wife names. This was done by David and Brandon Taylor (father and son owner)

I am asking them to either pay for the repair of my washer, adjust my bill, or get me a new washer. The damage was caused due to their negligence, I saw it clearly when they decided to stand on the washer and didn't even cover it. When I pressed them for letting insurance handle as their son said they said they didn't want to do it as a small amount like this would increase their premium and they would take care of it separately.

Since they obviously don't care and have lied to their teeth, I will be taking them to court.

A fantastic experience, they were on time, the job was done in a reasonable amount of time, the price was appropriate and the guy was professional and courteous. from this experience I will DEFINITELY be calling them if I ever need any other plumbing help!

I purchased a water heater 4 years ago and it was under warranty for parts . So it stopped working few days ago . I called the company and someone was supposed to show up today at my property. He never showed up , didn’t even bother to call ! I ended up calling the guy and he said something came up. Not a good excuse. I expect people to call or text it takes less than a minute. Bad management! Never again !

Two years ago we had all of our pipes replaced. The company was very nice and we were super grateful to work with them. They completed the job for a great price and were prompt.

Unfortunately, they ended up installing pipes wrong. In our downstairs bathroom, pipes leaked and we ended up getting mold and had to gut that part of the bathroom. It cost us 2k. They came back to fix the pipes, but we were out the rest of the money.

We have two faucets leaking upstairs.

And they did not attached the new plumbing to our outdoor water spicket.

From the other reviews, I assume we won’t see our money back. Such a huge disappointment.

For less than the money we have spent on repairs, we could have had another company come out and do the same amount of work.

Changed my Co. Name to Christopher Pitts Plumbing Company and will reopen in the next few months

Corbett did all that was requested with care, expertise, and quality. He also went above and beyond to return early the next morning, after working all night, to checkout an issue that ended up not being a plumbing problem. Corbett and Majestic Plumbing is, and will be, my first choice for all my plumbing needs!

Majestic Plumbing was able to schedule us quickly when several plumbing issues arose. Geoff explained all the options and was able to complete everything on the same day. This was our 2nd time using Majestic and we will continue to use them & recommend to others.

We will continue to give Majestic our plumbing and electrical issues to solve. Have used them for years and never disappointed. Office and field staff know the true meaning of customer service.
Kudos to Ryan who handled our last job. Nice guy, professional and helpful.

UPDATE: Things got worse before they got better. Majestic scheduled an appointment a few days in the future to have the plumber re-add the pressure regulator (See Below), but two days before that appointment, the initial valve replacement by the plumber sprung a leak...no idea how long water was leaking that day running down the street to the storm gutter. I managed to turn off the water, but took some pictures and called Majestic again.

Majestic's operators/schedulers were always polite and helpful and didn't give me any push back. They scheduled a different plumber to come out and repair their first plumber's job the next morning. They even got him to come early so I could talk to him before I went to work.

Everything is working now, and while I would have liked for everything to be trouble free, Majestic did set things right in the end. That is worth something if you value customer service.

INITIAL REVIEW (Two Star): Had a Majestic plumber out last week to do a number of jobs.

One job was to replace the valve on the water line going to the house. Without asking, the plumber removed a pressure regulator just after the valve being replaced, maybe to make their job easier (it took a couple tries to get a valve that wasn't leaking), and now my yard irrigation system has street level water pressure. Calling them now to see if they will fix this mistake.

Daryl did a great job fixing our outlet issues. We appreciated that he arrived within the timeframe the rep told us he would be here, thus respecting our schedules. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Afterward Daryl explained what the problem was without my asking, which I appreciated as well. We asked him for an estimate for an installation and he took the time to review the room and the estimate was emailed to us within the hour. I would highly recommend Daryl for any electrical work, can't go wrong. Shout out to Sherita, Amy, and Janell for the parts you played as Majestic phone reps. You all were kind, helpful, and respectful when I talked with you. Please know that what you do makes a difference to us as your customers.

Dylan was great at explaining the work needed to done and made sure all the toilets were solidly secured and flanges were installed properly. I'll highly recommend him for future plumbing projects!! Thanks again Dylan!

Majestic Plumbing recently replaced under-sink shut-off valves, main house shutoff ball valve, and pinhole leaks in copper lines. The technician was timely, efficient, and knowledgeable - explained the work being done throughout. The price was fair and customer support execellent as well. Daryl was right on time, and did some repair work that another electrician with a different company had done poorly only a month earlier. He fixed my problem and did it quickly. He lived up to his previous good reputation and I would recommend him strongly.

From first phone call to completion, Magestic Plumbing provided excellent service. I don’t remember names, but all those who schedule, answer phone calls, send messages are prompt and professional. The technician Corbett is outstanding. He explained everything in detail, his work is very clean. He is very polite, professional and knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend and use their services in future.

We had our sewer back up and thought we’d call a local company to fix it. That was our first mistake!! They told us we had roots that had clogged the sewer and supposedly cleared them. Well here we are 2 weeks later with sewer backup again. The sewer company we called, via a referral, said tree roots cannot get through the pipes to block anything. They were here 3 hours to clean the sewer properly. Said they could almost guarantee we would never have problems again! Johnny on the spot and the low cost blew us away…VERY reasonable!

Thank you Dylan from Majectic Plumbing and Electric. Dylan was very honest about the problem that was causing my airconditioner unit to leak water on to my water heater and floor. Dylan suggested I get my airconditioner fixed first and didn’t try to push me into buying anything I didn’t need. Their emergency service fees are very reasonable and within budget of $80 an hour compared to others companies starting charge at $475.
I also got a pretty good discount quote for a new water heater. I would definitely recommend Majestic Plumbing & Electric, they safe me from the shark companies that are out to ripped people off and take advantage of of your desperation and needs.

Majestic has done an amazing job for every job we have called them to do. They are so professional and the follow up is awesome as well. I highly recommend them as we have had some bad experiences in the past from other companies.
