From beginning-to-end Roto-Rooter provided great service. The response time was quick, the dispatcher- Melissa was nice over the phone, and the plumber- Rosen was prompt and professional. Rosen took the time to evaluate the issue, asked questions to understand the issue, explained how he can fix it, and gave a detail breakdown of the charges. We felt confident in knowing that he wasn’t cheating us and that he will get the job done. Rosen did an excellent work and left the job-site clean.

It was a great service! Kency was very knowledgeable and thorough when informing me about my issue. He was able to come out very quickly and repair my water heater and also confirm that everything worked properly while it was extremely cold outside. He made sure to explain everything he repaired and replaced thoroughly. He also adjusted my water temperature to my liking. I am 100% satisfied and grateful!

They came in our hour of need. One of our toilets overflowed down the hall, into all 3 bedrooms. The cleaned up all the damage areas, dried out the walls, soaked the toilets. We are so grateful for their service & speed to come help. Thank you Roto rooter

Roto-Rooter is our new "go-to" plumbing company for everything we need. Five-star service. I recommend them for any plumbing need, big or small.They came out at 10:30 pm at night to set our minds at ease over a broken water pipe that had flooded our finished basement out and were back the next day digging and fixing and we had water back on in less than 24 hours from the pipe break. There are many other plumbing companies out there that advertise heavily that they're a 24-hour service, but we found out that apart from answering the phone, they won't come out till the following day -- and within a broad window of time. Very unsatisfactory. Roto-Rooter was quick to respond and we're never using another plumber again. They have our business from hereon out.

Steph was very thorough and I appreciate his work ethic. I’m a new homeowner so anything over $1000 is overpriced to me lol but I would highly recommend working with Steph. He provided excellent service.

The cleanup could have been better, and he should have used new shoe covers after removing and replacing the toilet, especially before walking on the carpet. Just realized they didn't hook my toilet up so it wouldn't flush. I tried to turn the water back on and then toilet bowl water got on the floor because the hose wasn't connected.

I needed to update my review. It goes from confusion to maybe they are trying to be helpful and then bad to worse. If you get a call from Susan, Steph and Devonte do not proceed. The communication is dishonest, lacks courtesy and respect and they will try to scam you.
