A poolside toilet was clogged and unusable at our HOA. We don't have an onsite manager but Majestic made setting up the repair virtually a breeze. Clevon made the repair quick and less than 24 hours later we were back in business.

My expansion tank on my hot water heater was failing (water leaking and thus has to turn water off to house), Majestic called me 1st thing Monday Morning and was able to fit me into the schedule and be at my house around 9am.

This company is very professional, and their technicians are great and honest. I have used Majestic plumbing in the past so when I was in need of their services again I called them right away. They were able to schedule me in for the next day. When they arrived they assessed the problem, quoted me a price and went right to work. David did an amazing job, paying great attention to detail. He had a newer employee with him, I believe his name was Derrick. He was obviously in training as their conversation was about what was being done and why. I was impressed that David talked, taught and listened to Derrick in a way that I felt was encouraging and insightful. David's work ethic showed up in all that he did and explained to me exactly what was being done. When the job was completed I was very satisfied that it was done correctly without cutting corners and he left the room cleaner than it was when he began.
