The gentlemen did a great job with the plumbing in our apt. The price is ok too. 5 star service for sure.
-
David, the owner and knowledgeable professional, and his assistant performed a complete job. For future plumbing needs I will contact Taylor Plumbing!

Code states Thermal Expansion Tanks should be supported by something other than its own piping , such as a bracket or a strap. None of your photos show you follow code

After 48 hours with no functioning toilet and a tub that backed up when we tried to wash clothes, Taylor Plumbing & Mechanical came to our rescue. The heroes, George and Hector, discovered the problem, which turned out to be grease balls in the line, stopping the flow of any liquid. When they finished, we had working toilets, a tub that drained and confidence that the job was well done. George and Hector were efficient and professional.

Made appt; he didn’t show…overslept. The job was replace 7 toilets, fix a leaky sink, and replace hot water circulation pump. He went to his truck to get his tools, spend 45 mins out there and then just took off without with a word. Very unprofessional. After txt’g and calling him repeatedly, David txt’d back saying Came a week later, complained that the house is too nice and he would scratch the hardwoods moving 2 toilets upstairs. Nonsense. If you expect and willing to pay for master plumbing work David Taylor is NOT your guy.

I truly appreciate the hard work of these guys. They showed up on time and got my water heater replaced immediately at a great price! They really seem to care about their customers. I can not thank you enough!

Made an appointment for 9:00 to 10:00 am on Friday for a new water heater and plumber shows up after 11:00 am. The tenant had to go to work and decided that they would have to reset the appointment for Monday. Plumber was upset but agreed to come back on Monday. As the plumber gets ready to leave the home, the water heater fell off the truck and broke. The plumber, Mr. Taylor, then doesn't show up on Monday and doesn't even call to say he is not coming after tenant had agreed to work from home. I talked to his wife and she said he would only show up if we pay $500 for the water heater that fell of the truck-totally his doing not us. Two working days lost to an unprofessional plumber. We are switching plumbing Companies.

I had a defective gas valve on my Rheem hot water heater. Taylor Plumbing came out to install the new valve within two hours of my call. Great service!

Highly recommended. Had to call in late Friday afternoon when my 50 gal hot water tank decided to quit on me. Ms. Angie from the office was very polite, professional and fast getting our business done. Greatly appreciate her assistance and that is why I chose this company. They were over my house next day... We installed a tankless water heater and very please with their diligent customer service. Mr. David and his son worked hard without any break to take care my situation. Thank you very much!! Looking forward to do more business with this company!

Taylor Plumbing & Mechanical is the best! I was referred to them by a neighbor who has used them for over 15 + years. David and his son came out to replace the porcelain sink in our bathroom. They arrived a few minutes early and replaced it in an hour. They were friendly, efficient and the sink replacement was very reasonably priced. Taylor Plumbing will be our go-to for plumbing and mechanical needs from now on!

Wish I’d used someone else. I hired them to replace a toilet - they did a nice job originally, but then we discovered the toilet was installed incorrectly and was leaking into floor and staining my first floor ceiling. They sent someone else to fix the incorrectly installed toilet / leak and that person made a mess resetting the toilet. It’s been 4 weeks and the front desk person still won’t commit to when they will come out to make it right. Also they won’t fix my ceiling - “we’re not sheetrockers”. As if that’s an excuse for not fixing the toilet water staining my ceiling. The front desk person put me off for weeks and then was very rude when I finally tried to get a firm date for them to make good on their work (that I unfortunately paid for in full before discovering the leak).
A huge pain. I’ll end up hiring someone else to fix it. Wish I’d just started with another company. Beware of someone who treats you like you’re the problem when you just want what you paid for - a properly installed toilet and your house left in the condition they found it.
See some other mentions on here - Angie Taylor is the person who was very difficult to deal with. Excuses, acting rude / bothered when the customer is the one they are treating poorly, telling you they’ll come “next week”, the owner on vacation for one week then two then more? Really bad. -
We purchased a new water heater in May 2020 from Taylor Plumbing including installation. They advertise 24 hour service. Reached out yesterday via text per their voicemail instructions, no response. Currently have no hot water and need a repair. Tried following up today with a call and the voicemail is full. Sent a follow up text, no response. Stay tuned.

I've hired Taylor Plumbing for a couple of jobs now and can't recommend them enough. The people are upbeat and honest, the prices are more than fair, and they've always been on time. From the emergency replacement they did when my water heater blew up to them finding and fixing leaks I didn't even know about when replacing a faucet, their work has been of the highest quality. They're the only people I'll call now for plumbing needs.

My water heater burst July 24. I contacted David Taylor and he came out and installed a new water heater for me. He was friendly, professional and thorough. The pricing was good and he provides a forever guarantee on his work. I would definitely recommend Taylor Plumbing.

Everyone from this family owned company, Angie, David, and Brandon Taylor, were extremely rude and bad people. I would NOT recommend anyone working with them. I learned the hard way that you get what you pay for.
This is the most unprofessional company I have dealt with. My building requires insurance for any vendor that works here, and guess what? They presented an expired insurance as my husband and I found out later.
Unfortunately, Brandon damaged my washer while installing a water heater, and his mommy and daddy (the owners) didn't do anything to make things right except for lying and stringing us along.
Like I said, they presented an expired insurance to my building, which made me conclude that they worked at my house with no insurance. That is why they weren't able to cover the damage.
I'm still considering taking them to court to make them accountable as I have proof of everything. We'll see how things end, but it would be good for them to learn a lesson. They can't be out there doing business while ruining people's belongings, lying, and being disrespectful to customers. -
We scheduled to have a water heater replaced. They quoted us with a great price compared to what we had found before. The professionalism was excellent from the initial phone call to the professionals coming out and replacing our water heater.
Angie over the phone was very helpful and knowledgable and laid everything out clearly so it was understood well unlike some other companies I spoke to.
We were told it would take about two hours to complete but David and his team were in and out before that. I was honestly shocked at how easy they made it seem. Within 30-40 minutes of replacement, we had hot water again and peace of mind.
Taylor Plumbing & Mechanical is a great company that is ran with integrity and high value. Would definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs. -
If it is new installation this company is good. But when it comes to repairs these are not very reliable!!!
I got my new water heater installed with these guys. David and Ashley Taylor team worked together to get it done. All were good and very cooperative until the day of installation. But once if it gets to a repair time, they wont respond well giving excuses and will either delay. So you decide if you want a reliable professionals or it does not matter to you!
Update on 3/28/24:
Our PRV valve was having issues now. All the the plumbers that came to install had issues reaching out to water expansion tank's pressure gauge that was badly installed by these guys 2 years back. There is not enough rooms to repair any of the Pipes or valves as they are all kind of jumbled up so close together!! I will upload the picture soon
