This team did an outstanding job. Very professional and friendly. Cleaned up after themselves and checked and double checked everything was working properly and no leaks etc. I highly recommend.

Jose and his trainees have done great plumbing for us twice now. They repaired some old, corroded, leaking, copper pipes. Then, they installed a small, Tankless Water-Heater under our kitchen sink. Not only is their workmanship great, but they clean-up after themselves well. They have caring, friendly, conscientious plumbers at Majestic Plumbing & Electric.

Amazing company!! From the moment you call to schedule, everyone is so thoughtful, kind and flexible. They truly care about the customer’s experience. The staff are very knowledgeable and take pride in their work. Thank you Jose for coming after hours and doing such great work!!

This company is always responsive when you need them and their prices are honest. Their plumbers are the best. It’s a very good company.

Had a great experience! Had to fix a gas line for our stove and they were very knowledgeable on what needed to be done, had all the supplies and very meticulous, they were so careful not to damage floors. So professional. I would call them back to do work in my home again. Pricing was also very fair!

Keith, our tech, was pleasant, knowledgeable, and thorough. He was professional and kept us abreast of each procedure. Most importantly, he stayed with the problem until it was resolved.

Ben from Majestic Plumbing is one of the better plumbers we have worked with in recent years. He was knowledgeable and thorough. He caught other pinholes on the same pipe we reported and fixed them. He also recommended that we replace our water heater soon. The technician we had 2 years ago from the same company had to come back twice to fix pinholes on the same pipe, and charged us as if they were new separate jobs.

If you’re looking for outstanding customer service, professionalism, and efficiency this is the company for you. My initial call and follow up scheduling was handled by Lorraine. Her communication and customer service skills are excellent! Mike promptly came to my home and properly diagnosed my issue, and thoroughly explained it to me. He even provided optional resolutions.

Upon returning to complete the job, Mike and Derrick did an outstanding job! They were so thorough and methodical that my neighbors actually stopped and watched as they replaced my water line. Without hesitation, I recommend this company because I received quality service from beginning to end. Kudos to Mike, Derrick and Lorraine!!

I had one problem with my not-so-old water heater, and a few small projects that I was interested in finding possibilities for. All was well minutes afterJosé and his bright, young apprentice arrived. Every factor was carefully considered, and a wide variety of options were given. Ease of manner, kindness and professionalism, each, were demonstrated by these two at every turn. Considering that Majestic is able to retain this level of tradesman, and also support an apprenticeship program, my choice to employ Majestic was straightforward. The pricing for the services was very reasonable, and the scheduling for my future projects was immediate. Smart money, well spent.

Eryk was a quintessential plumber technician. Professional yet friendly & 'human'. Gave me an expert accessment of my toilet situation & options upon his first visit to my home. After buying the toilet of my choice on my own, Eryk returned SAME DAY to do the install!

Removed my 30-year old toilet & installed my new American Standard toilet in - what seemed to me - super record time! Once installed, he tested the flush
valves, water tank levels & sturdiness of the toilet seat incessantly. VERY meticulous young man! Answered my questions & ensured I received a receipt for pymt. as well as warranty details, on site. This is my first full 24-hours with my brand new toilet so I'm hoping it will live up to American Standard standards (play on words) I've come to trust.

Eryk did his job. He is a keeper, as we say in my generation :<)

My water heater quit on me and I went to Home Depot to check out what I could do. I met Dan from Roto Rooter there by chance. We got to talking and he offered to replace mine for a good price after he finished his current job. This was on a Sunday. He was true to his word and got it installed that night. It took him til the wee hours of the morning, but he got it done. Great job Daniel Jang.

The customer service rep that I spoke to was pleasant and professional. And although I called on a Sunday evening, a technician arrived within an hour. His name was Dominick and he was great. He explained each step he was going to take to resolve my issue. And while another company may have taken advantage of my ignorance to these type of matters, he did not. He was very kind, efficient, and prompt. If needed, I will definitely use them again.
