Very unprofessional company. Did not show up to one appointment. KIM in the front office is disrespectful and rude and thought it was funny DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they absolutely do not care about peoples brand new homes or the plumbing work that they do all the staff at the location do not have any idea how to do a simple schedule not professional at all not sure why the owner of the company is not answering to any of the reviews or calling customers back to apologize for the half ass job that they do in customers homes they should be shut down and everyone needs to look for new jobs since they do not care for the one they currently have.

The pictures are from a dishwasher they installed 14 years ago....so thankful it never broke!! Poor plumbing job!!! Never trusting this organization again!

Called 24 hour emergency number on Saturday and STILL have yet to get someone to come fix the issue. I guess you are right...they pick and choose their customers. Just frustrated...may Heaven help them do better

This must be the worst company on the planet. Stay away from these guys. Over charging you for services and will not come back if there is any problem. Avoid using this company. This is the worst customer service company I have ever experienced. If you hire these guys and something goes wrong they will take no responsibility and blame you for it. Shady Business Practices. Horrible customer service!!!!!! Zero Star if I can.

I have spent the last year undoing the hack work these guys did when my home was built. Utter rubbish and most likely not even to code never mind to a quality standard.

As a construction professional, I have bought a home from Brock Family Homes, and found the plumbing to be subpar and have had to employ GForce to correct the incredible slack subcontractor work done for a new home. I find Randal Lowe and Brock to be in this, not for making homes, but for lining pockets of making money in the Woodstock area.

New house plumbed - toilets constantly backing up. Leaking kitchen sink from the get go. Dishwasher drain hose installed incorrectly caused Dishwasher to stop draining.

Awful!!!! Needed them to fix a rocking toilet for the second time that they did not fix the first time but was informed that since I changed my toilet seat that it voided the warranty and they would not fix it. A TOILET SEAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH CORRECTLY INSTALLING IT TO THE FLOOR.

If you're having an emergency, this is not the company to call. Person I spoke to (Brittany) was rude and condescending and couldn't give 2 &$# about my emergency. Terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that appreciates your business.

I was a previous customer of Randal Lowe, (Nov2014). Our GC called them again this year (2016) for additional jetting services. The lady that call me (Jessica) to set the appt. was beyond rude. I call back after Jessica hang up the phone saying: "we don't do service calls" just to be treated even worst by "Macie". They website says one thing and their CS says another.
I was informed by a supervisor that they have so much new construction work that they are don't take service calls anymore. In another words, we are making so much money that we don't need your business here.
I am ok with the fact they can pick and choose their customers. Good for them.. But I should bot be mistreated and talk to in a condescending way just because they have so much work right now.

I had the pleasure to have Jacob come to my home to repair a hose bib issue. He was outstanding in his customer service. He is a true asset to Randal Lowe Plumbing. Wonderful Employee.

Plumbed out new house. I think they are more set up for tract homes, but always came out on time to fix any issues with our custom home. Good price too.

This company is not true to their work. I have a warranty issue and I have wasted 2 days waiting on them to show up. They even called to let me know they on the way and never show up. The appointments are always scheduled from 12- 4pm. That way if they don't show up, they are already closed for the day. Would not recommend them.

With the repetitive negative reviews this company has I sadly have to add to the list . Today on 05/15/18 My managers including I have helped worked on a very stressful project but yet for a good cause for this company. I took upon myself to ask my managers if they were tipped well you know considering the fact that they worked on this catering order all week including planning , ordering , prepping . What hurts me the most is that they stayed up all night around 10pm working on this 245 lunch box order that we took 10% off and didn’t finish til around 9AM , drove an hour to deliver the catering order . On the drive back they have then realized the company didn’t even tip a penny , 0 cents . Very sad . Be aware of this company .

These guys take every shortcut you can imagine. We've had 2 major repairs to the main water line in 2 years. Our house is only 7 years old and the poor workmanship in how they did our plumbing is nothing short of breathtaking. They used cheap materials and the way the water was brought into our house was laughable. The plumber who fixed our house was amazed it even passed code inspection. Stay away from them if this is any indication of how they perform repair work.

I discovered a small leak in an interior wall of my three year old home, first evident by the floor boards starting to bulge at the edge of the wall. I opened up the wall to find that the PEX plumbing had been scared and a hole punched in it during the installation. There were no construction nails around the location inside the wall (when I took the wall apart), clearly more evidence that it was an installation caused issue. Randal Lowe plumbing was the contractor who I believe had subcontracted the work out. I contacted Randal Lowe plumbing, provided a description of what I found and pictures showing the leak. RLP refused to fix the issue unless I forked over $250. Now I can see why RLP has such bad reviews.

Stay away from this company. They refuse to do repairs on their own work after warranty period expires. Piping to water heater began leaking and their name is plastered all over water heater and they refused to come even look at it due to me falling just outside warranty period.

We had a water main leak under our garage slab. Excellent response time and service. The courteous and knowledgeable crew replaced the entire line, which included going under the driveway and sidewalk. They cleaned up the work area when finished. A very pleasant experience under the circumstances.

They did a horrible job with the pluming New Install at my new house. I asked for a service call because the pluming from the Tub/shower is Soooo loud. They don't service after install. A good company stands behind there service. What does that tell you!
