Highly recommend- They repaired 3 toilets that were constantly running water and installed a faucet for me. This company charges by the hour and they did not run the clock at all. They were in and out within 45 minutes.

We have used F-B for our HOA plumbing issues as well as individual homeowner work. They are a pleasure to do business with and their plumbers are professional, smart, and respectful. The result is excellent plumbing work at reasonable prices, done right 100% of the time.

I originally had my doubts due to the first technician that was send out and incorrectly installed the switch. However the office was very professional and send another technician out and the problem was resolved. The second crews were very professional, cleaned up after theirselves , and came here after business hours. An error had been made but they were very quick to fix it.

Fair pricing and accurate timing. Victor came by an looked at the leak outside the house and quoted me $800 and explained that it could be more or could be less depending on how far they need to dig to get to the leak. They showed up as scheduled (which rare for a plumber) and performed the repair, 2 hours later job completed. The final bill was $620. Three other companies quoted me in the range of $1,500~1,700. I will recommend this company.

The crew that replaced the two water heaters in my 90 year old moms house were very professional an hard working. They explained what they were going to do an why. They cleaned the area up an hauled off the two old hot water heaters. They worked for 6 without a break an stayed till the job was complete. I’ll definitely use them again.

I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs. Their prices are affordable, and the quality of their work is outstanding. I am so impressed with this company. The office staff is very polite and friendly. I have always asked too many questions when I needed their help and Ashley, their secretary, was more than helpful and courteous to me.

BEWARE- integrity is lacking- they have plumber and office staff that don’t know the difference between a sewer machine/ drain machine and a drain camera. You won’t find out until they are at your house, and they won’t tell you they don’t have this type of machine - just try to upsell different “methods”. It is a huge scam, the customer stated the need and the equipment needs, this was not only NOT brought to the after hours calls, but the shop doesn't own/ operate these. They stand firm in services being rendered but what was requested and what the ‘plumber’ showed up, attempted to perform and failed at do not align.

John and Galin came out to fix my clogged kitchen sink. This is the first time I've used a plumber so I had a lot of questions about the process and I was also concerned about the cost. The person I made the appointment with wasn't very patient answering my questions, but Fletch-Barney is an approved vendor for my complex so I took a chance with them. John and Galin were professional and patient with me. I asked John to tell me if there's anything they're going to do that will cost me extra money, and he did exactly that. There were no surprise charges at the end! (apparently, if they have to use any expensive specialized machine to fix a problem, they will charge you for the use of the machine). Because their minimum charge is for an hour, and my sink was fixed within 40 minutes, I had them check out a leak and my bathroom sink and they were happy to do so and gave me some advise. I appreciate John and Galin for making my first plumbing experience painless.

My hot water heater was leaking. Ashley at Fletch-Barney understood the implications of damage to my house if the leak was not quickly addressed. She arranged to have someone come out that very morning. The technicians arrived within two hours; they were friendly, professional and respectful. Victor and Garland replaced my hot water heater, and answered all my questions. Overall it was a very good experience and I will not hesitate to use Fletch-Barney again in the future.

I originally scheduled Fletch-Barney to fix a leaking faucet and replace some parts in our toilets. The morning of our appointment I found our water heater (18-years old) was leaking from the bottom. I called F-B and talked to Ashley. I asked her to re-purpose my appointment to a water heater replacement. She took care of everything, making sure the right heater was put on the truck and the men coming to install it knew about the changes to the original plan.

I was particularly happy with the two plumbers who delivered and installed the new water heater after removing the old one. They were professional and friendly, answering all the questions I asked them. After installing the water heater they fixed the leaking faucet in a bathroom and replaced worn parts in three toilets.

I have found my new plumbing company.

Unexpected home repairs are never fun to have to deal with especially involving plumbing problems. Victor arrived as scheduled and was ready to inspect the water pressure issue. He was friendly and took the time to explain the problem and the needed repairs to me in detail. After completing the job, he checked to make sure everything was working properly and to my satisfaction. He also gave an overview of the repairs he completed. Great customer service and job well done, Victor! I would definitely recommend and not hesitate to call for any future plumbing needs.

I was recommended to use this company last week so I was excited to work with them and have my plumbing issues fixed! First off, they showed up without any prior information and didn’t have the equipment to do the work that I called them for. Secondly, the woman who answers the phone quoted me an assessment price 1 week before our service date. An invoice was not sent to me to verify what was discussed so naturally when the service men came to our house, they told me a different price. When we called the office, the same women had the nerve to argue with me about the price she quoted verses what we discussed the prior week. Now whether she just didn’t explain their fees well could very well have been the case however, her lack of understanding and unwillingness to work with the customer couldn’t be denied. She demanded that I pay the amount with little care about the misunderstanding. The only reason why I gave them 2 stars was because Jeremy and his associate were kind, apologetic, and very helpful. My advice, find a company who cares a little more about customer service because those are usually companies that you can trust. If you decide to use Fletch Barney, make sure they send you a quote so all parties are on the same page.

Highly recommend. Roland and DJ were extremely professional and courteous and took the time to explain the work every step of the way and took no shortcuts. They went above and beyond to complete the job completely and efficiently and to leave my yard and the surrounding area as clean and put back together as they found it. I would not hesitate to use Fletch Barney again and personally request that work be done by Roland and DJ.

we had a sewage clog in our building that turned out to be related to our cast iron 6" pipe having about 1" scaling around the inner diameter. contacted four plumbers to do the job. two of them recommended Fletch Barney. one said that in case the job goes south, they would subcontract Fletch Barney. I figured I should call them directly!

after the initial inspection, I was still uneasy about the scope. when I called, Mr Fletcher took the time to chat with me and educate me on the process, assuring me I was making the right call.

best decision I could have made. the price was well under the other plumbers' quotes and they did a great job -- my cast iron line is now smoother than the day it was installed some 120 years ago.

I was house sitting and encountered a major leak in the basement. It was late at night but Roland came out and fixed it right up. He was so kind and knowledgeable, he made me feel comfortable asking questions and would give me answers in terms I could understand.
