Went to Home Depot requested to have tankless Water Heater be installed. ARS called me and set an appointment for an assessment which is a 4 hour window. 2-6 was the window they called at 3:33 to cancel my appointment which I missed work for. Based off the other reviews this place sucks. Home Depot needs to drop them for wasting people's time.

Professional. No gimmicks to try and do unnecessary repairs. Reccomend to anyone.

I want to strongly recommend Eric for any plumbing issue. I had two water pipes burst unexpectedly on Jan 17 2024 and after contacting him he was here in 15 min. Very thorough and courteous. Eric and his son at Clog Free Plumbing did a very good and fast job to unclog a main drain line that was clogged due to “someone” having flushed down wipes over a month ago. They unclogged the sewer line and put a camera in to check for any pipe breaks and tree roots. Fortunately, there were none. [Peace of mind!]They also changed two toilets from standard flush to Flushmate pressure flush. Through our talks, I learned how to better take cared of plumbing in houses. I recommend their service wholeheartedly.

Eric is the best plumber I have met. My house is old and has old copper pipes and leaked several times. This time I found a small leaks in my laundry room ceiling. Eric came on time. He came to do free estimate and the quote price he gives is fair. So he got the job and fixed it. He put the PEX pipe in and it’s should be less worry than the copper pipe. He also did a water pressure test and explained to me why I had so many leaks. It’s because of high water pressure. He gave some suggestions to fix the issue from root not just bandage solution. I would recommend him to any home owner who needs a plumber.

Eric and his team were sent to our house via our home warranty company to unclog our two bathroom sinks and replace our kitchen faucet. They did a great job and were on time as well as treated our property with respect. Would definitely use them again for our plumbing needs.
