I called this company at midnight the day after New Years, because my husband and I discovered a significant leak in our first home. We are new home owners and don't know a lot about plumbing let alone what to do in order to keep our new home from being damaged from the leak. CityWide was the only company I called that was able to send a technician out immediately. I called around 12:30 AM and our technician, Vejae, was there around 1:05 AM. He had a smile on his face and was more than happy to help us even at the odd hour. He turned off our water for the night at our request, and told us that he would have to come back with the replacement part the next day. He came by the next day around 11 AM with the part and did the installation and repair in less than 40 minutes. He was kind, understanding, and empathetic to us. He was also quick and professional, and left a remarkable impression. We live in Decatur and I believe this CityWide is located in Kennesaw, but because of the excellent work and professionalism I will 100% call them again if I need to in the future, and I will even go so far as to request Vejae as our technician. His card hangs on my fridge. A big thank you to CityWide and Vejae for the peace of mind they brought to us.

I had a bad hose bib faucet that was leaking and Nick Barclay fixed it right up. He was knowledgeable and thoughtful about what he was doing. Will definitely call Nick again for any plumbing issues.

David did a great job, he was careful to put a cover over the carpet. He did not have to remove panel from the tub. He worked from a small opening for the tub motor. Best he took all the boxes and old parts with him. Thanks again

Dylan has been a wonderful operator. He did everything he could to help us in a moment which is by definition stressful. His explanation were very clear. And the fixing has been perfect and very well done.

David, from Atlantis Plumbing, did a great job installing our new toilets. He was very professional and worked quickly. He even waited while we had to make a last minute run to purchase a different toilet so the job could be completed in one visit.

Brandon was very thorough and made sure I understood everything he was doing. Friendly, courteous,clean, and when he finished asked if I had any other questions. Awesome service. Very happy. Will call them first if I need anything.

Had a leak at my mom’s house and called Atlantis Plumbing. Tony came out and took care of us. While at the house he also took time to check on another issue and was able to get a price for us too. Thank you so much!

Brian was amazing and very knowledgeable. He had to dig a whole trench, following the water pipe..before he found where the water was leaking from in the front yard. And with me behind him..asking a million questions! Brian was kind and patient. He got the job done without a hiccup!! I'm very pleased with Alantis and Brian! Would highly recommend. Did I mention the price was very reasonable as well for all the work he did!

I had a main water break on property. They ran approximately 800 feet of underground water line. They came out immediately and got job completed Flawlessly. Thanks Bryan and all who worked on getting me water again. Great Job

Atlantis Plumbing did an exceptional job at our home from start to finish! Completed as promised. We never went without water or had an inconvenience. They had a plan A and a plan B. Our home is older with many quirks and we expected a lot of uncertainty that never happened thanks to Dave and his experience and team. He communicated throughout the whole 3 day project. We greatly appreciated the above and beyond service we received!

Tony is always phenomenal I always recommend Atlantis Plumbing. Prices are always right, work is done right, and you are checked that all is well before they leave. I have a million other things to say but am a little tied up so will do so later. 100%, if you've dealt with various plumbers your whole life and are looking for that "Unicorn" I found them. Always hapy over a year I have had them doing various work. Even someone else installed the water meter recently and he complemented their work and that it was all done properly.
