The HEC Handy Services team fixed my kitchen sink and running toilet. The team was very professional. They provided all the necessary tools and parts for the repairs. The after care instructions for both services were very detailed. They also made me aware of their warranty.

They are a great business and super flexible and accommodating. They get the job done quick and everything has been working properly. I highly recommend this company!! I think the only suggestion I have is when they recommend to add a type of faucet to the customer just let them know about the extra install fees for it upfront.

Kendrick, at first introduction, was a fresh reminder of what customer service should be. Polite, professional. Kendrick’s service tech, Tom, showed up on time, gave great advice. Our circumstances living in an a particular HOA did not warrant further servicing at this juncture, but will call them back when the time calls. Again, a great first experience.

My gas lamp post had a corroded screw/valve. I called Kendrick from info off Web page.
The Tech arrived early and told me he would diagnose problem and give me an estimate.
He started to work, told me the problem
And gave me options. It was not an easy fix,
But he worked on it and was able to get my light back on .
I would recommend Kendrick to anyone who needs a gas lamp repair.

Noticed leak into basement from upstairs kitchen. Called Kendrick and they sent plumber that morning. He found source of leak from ice maker input and replaced water line.

Christian removed an old gas lantern and post and installed a new one during one of our hottest days in Georgia. His work was meticulous and he left the surrounding area in perfect shape. He was not only knowledgeable and hard working but a real pleasure to deal with.

Tom with Kendrick Plumbing did a great job installing a new water heater. He also noted the incoming water pressure was high (120!) and recommended replacement of the pressure reducing valve. The old valve was original to the house and over 30 years old so it definitely was time for a replacement. He also added a shutoff valve under my kitchen sink for a new dishwasher and corrected the pipe sizing for the valve that was not up to code. Tom was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain how to service my new water heater. I would definitely call Kendrick again for any future plumbing needs.

Before even touching my shower system, he did his research and even went the extra mile to replace a few more pieces that look like were going to wear out in the future.
